The success of the company can be attributed to the dedication and ethos of producing the finest Chesterfields and leather/fabric furniture in the country without exception. Unlike these companies, we hand-craft all our own designs in our workshop in Lancashire by our very own time-served upholsterers, seamstresses and cutters, many of whom have grown up with the business.
As a company, we believe in being completely open about how our products are crafted and what materials we use. So much so that we invite you to come along personally to watch the expert skills and eye for detail of our master craftsmen first hand via our unique viewing gallery in our showroom.

We had a beautiful comfortable oxblood suite for about 14 years. We recently purchased 2 chesterfield sofas and pouffe. The quality if fantastic and the look beautiful. Highly recommended.

We spent £5000 with this company. A few weeks after the furniture was delivered the leather developed a fault on two of the seats. They didn’t want to know. They have very poor after sales service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for bringing this matter to our attention.
We are sorry to hear that you feel your enquiry was not taken seriously; please be assured that this was never our intention.
Your furniture was delivered in July, and we understand that you first contacted us in December to raise concerns regarding the seat on one of your chairs. We agreed at the time to collect the chair for inspection in the New Year, and when you subsequently mentioned concerns with both the sofa and the second chair, we offered to collect all the furniture for inspection together.
After receiving no response to our initial email and then a follow up email, we assumed that the issues had been resolved or were no longer a concern.
However, following your conversation with our after-sales manager this afternoon, we now understand that you did speak with a colleague in another department.
Unfortunately, due to internal miscommunication between our teams, that call was not passed on to the appropriate department.
We take full responsibility for this breakdown in communication and sincerely apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused. We will be investigating how this occurred to prevent it from happening again.
As agreed, we are now coordinating with our transport team to arrange the collection of your furniture for an inspection at our workshop, and we will be in touch shortly with proposed dates.
We pride ourselves on our customer service, and this experience clearly hasn't met the standards we set for ourselves.

Great family company
Staff were helpful, knowledgeable. The company had a real family feeling to it. Home visit was arranged to make sure furniture was the right size.

Amazing run family business
From the outset Tia the sales advisor was very helpfull in advising on the choice of our new suite and choosing the leather we needed. All our questions were answered and we felt confident in our choices
We required an add on to our order two weeks after ordering and this was put on the original order and delivered with the suite.
The delivery team were very diligent with the unpacking and gave good instructions for the usage on recline and tilt chairs.
All in all the full experience was brilliant and would gladly recommend the company to friends .

Buy right, buy once !
Spent ages looking at the online brochure (which gave me the idea of the chaise longue) and quite a few hours in the showroom - we ended up with various items that fit our needs perfectly. The choice of leather is bewildering and seeing them on actual furniture helped us a lot to pick the right one. Never felt pressured, no question too silly - a great shopping experience.
