The whole process from beginning to end was extremely smooth and supportive. A great service by Saxon
We were after a new chesterfield and upon looking around we found saxon had what we required. Unfortunately their London warehouse had closed and we were a bit sceptical of ordering online without seeing the product. However having read reviews we went ahead and ordered online. Ordering was easy to our specification,the company confirmed our choice and kept us up to date with how long it would take and then gave us a delivery date.on the day of delivery the guys removed our old 3 piece to our front garden and then brought in the new items. All in all a great service.

The service at Saxons was perfect I cannot fault the company at all.
The chesterfield is Beautiful but it’s the most uncomfortable 3 piece suite I have ever sat on. We have tried everything to soften the cushions up but nothing has worked. I am 80 years old and wanted comfort as well as beauty but I am going out on Friday to purchase another suite as I can no longer sit on this one. A little update the cushions are being replaced for softer ones so again fantastic service and quick to come back to me. Thankyou

Very pleased with our 3 seater sofa and reclining chair. We ordered a brochure and samples online and decided to take a trip from Nottingham to the showroom to look at their selection. The two ladies in the showroom were very helpful and once we chose which sofas we wanted they made us a lovely coffee which we sat and drank on the sofa we were buying. The sofas arrived in about 8 weeks and they are so much better quality that the high street stores. We've had so many complements. I would highly recommend this company and their sofas.

I sent for the brochure and some samples, took me ages to decide which sofa to go for, when I called to order my sofa I was given great advice on the finishing of the leather which helped massively on what I then decided on, I also wanted the front of my sofa pleated rather than buttoned and this was easily sorted out, when my sofa was ready I received a message to arrange a delivery date, I was getting a stove fitted in my lounge and wanted to change the delivery date as it was going to be fitted after my new sofa was delivered and this was changed to a more suitable date no bother, delivery was perfect I was called giving me an estimated time of arrival, then called again when almost at my property, the two gents were very respectful of my property when bringing in my suite, it was packaged really well, the guys unpacked it put legs on and made sure all was level before removing the packaging when leaving, after a few days I thought I would have to change the legs to bun feet as my sofa was to high for my height, I telephoned to ask about this and was sent new feet within two days at no cost to myself, I would 100% recommend this company if you are looking to buy a quality well made sofa I am extremely happy with my purchase it suits my home perfectly.

Our first purchase from Saxon
Our first purchase from Saxon. Initially we were going to purchase online but having read some reviews regarding the different densities of the cushions we decided to take a day trip to Bolton from Dunfermline to make an informed decision. We had our hearts set on a Chesterfield but having visited the showroom we fell in love with the Knightsbridge corner sofa. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating, no pushy sales but always available to answer our questions. With such a wide choice of leather finishes and cushion fillers we were able to customise our order to our complete satisfaction. We delayed delivery of our sofa as we were having extensive renovations to our home with new flooring being laid. This was not a problem for Saxon. We took delivery of our sofa this week (10/6/25) and we are absolutely delighted with the quality, finish and craftsmanship of our sofa. Just need to buy new scatter cushions now. Delivery was uncomplicated and the guys were both efficient and friendly and respectful of our property. We can absolutely recommend Sofas By Saxon without hesitation and would actively encourage a visit to the showroom in Bolton where you'll be made to feel most welcome.
