Got what I wanted quickly and well wrapped.

I was very pleased at the price of the computer keyboard and how quickly it was delivered. Although the keyboard works perfectly well some of the keys are labelled incorrectly i.e. key @ is ", key # is £, key " is @ and the backslash key is #. I am using the keyboard as I needed the replacement to write. However, if you knew about this problem it should have been pointed out and transfer letters supplied to change the labelling.

Speedy delivery, well packaged, good quality product. Recommended.

Just about the best price for a replacement HP laptop keyboard, and it was delivered in decent time, safely packaged. The keyboard itself is of high quality, fits perfectly, and has transformed my tired ol' 'top.

Ordered a replacement laptop screen on a Tuesday and delivered to Northern Ireland on the Friday. Very quick and efficient and the screen was well protected.

The website was easy to navigate and I quickly found the parts that I needed. They arrived a day and a half later exactly as expected. I would definitely order again from this company.

Long story short: Only order from here if you're either from the UK or you don't have a better alternative

Long story long:
I'm from outside of UK (europe) and had to order 3 articles. On their website it says when one tries to order the articles that you have to contact them. So I contacted them and received a very unprofessional Email (with no greetings, no Company logo etc.) saying that I have to pay 30 Pounds for shipping. I responded and told them that this is ok - "how can I proceed the order?".
I did not hear from them again and started looking somewhere else. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the needed articles at another company so I decided to once more reach out to them. I immediately got an (unprofessional) response again asking me to send an email with the articles that I want to order. So I had to go on their website and tediously pick the needed articles - definitely not user friendly. I then was asked to provide my address. After that, in another email, I was asked to pay them on Paypal. I had to REACH OUT and ask for their actual payment details since they're not visible on the website.
So - without any sign of professionalism, I hesitated but decided to pay because people mentioned here on trustpilot that you can get a refund on Paypal.
I then asked if they could confirm if they received the payment. They replied and told me yes, they "shipped" the order, it's going to take "3-5" days.
I then asked them if they could give me a reference number for the order or for the delivery.

Aaaand they ghosted me - they didn't reply. I asked another two times and another time the next day but no Email.
After 8 days I once again contacted them and asked where my order was. It was then when they replied and gave me a delivery number.

So, after all this, they would deserve -5 stars. Very customer unfriendly, complicated, unprofessional and so on... The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because I did end up receiving my order almost a month later - but the articles where the right ones and worked. Just one article was from the design a little bit different (had other logos).

All in all, once again, if you don't have to, don't order there.
Otherwise, just accept the worst customer service on this planet...

This was the fourth supplier I tried and the only one who identified and sent the correct charger.

Ordered a display for my laptop, they sent a different model from a different company which did fit but was absolutely not what I’ve ordered. The company did not try contacting me prior to dispatch to let me know about the situation.
When I contacted them, all they said is that the display I ordered is an old batch and assured me it’s the same quality as the one they supplied. The display looks like a TN panel despite it being IPS, absolutely terrible. I’ve ordered the OEM display and they sent me a Chinese copy…
