Never received order. Awful customer service.

Ordered a screen 3 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. I have an ups tracking code but it just says ups haven’t received it yet. The customer assistant said “ We have tracked down the issue”. But didn’t say what the issue was. They are no longer answering my emails and it doesn’t look like I’m getting a screen or a refund. This company is an absolute joke.

Unreliable

Ordered a QWERTY backlit ready keyboard to replace my AZERTY silly keyboard and been delivered a non backlit keyboard. Let them know that and they replayed and asked if it’s working properly and said that they have updated the website (as if i care) nothing about solving the problem and nothing else heard from them.

I ordered a laptop charger and paid in…

I ordered a laptop charger and paid in advance, to be delivered in 3-4 working days. I phoned 2 weeks later and they said they would send it. I emailed and got no response. I phoned again 2 weeks after that and was assured it would arrive. I emailed 8 days later again and was told it was out of stock and they had refunded me. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Poor CS in my experience

Contacted customer services with an issue with the laptop battery I bought a few weeks ago. No response.

Only since replacing the battery, the machine now randomly turns off and shuts down on AC power . I can run the battery all day and it not fail, but after hitting 100% and it being on for approx 30mins (that time isn't a timer and is sometimes hrs or mins) it just turns off, No warning just off..
I've resorted to turning all energy saving software on the laptop off just so it doesn't do it anymore. Bearing in mind that before changing the battery it never did it. The battery itself seems to be performing ok at the moment and much better than the old original one but the issue of keep turning off really is annoying and renders the laptop unusable for work purposes.

You'd probably be ok if everything was good but if you need to rely on customer services support, I'd think again.. On my experience I probably wouldn't used them again as I didn't get a reply to my issue.
