Great value and fast delivery
Softhands supplied a new, replacement keyboard for a Toshiba laptop I was repairing for our local Repair Cafe. The keyboard was priced very competitively and delivery via courier was really quick. The keyboard was exactly as described and worked perfectly.

I received the power charger/adaptor but it is not an original LeNovo Part. According to the label it is manufactured by Delta Electronics Inc..Looks generic to me and is probably second hand. Please send me the original LeNovo part or if not possible I would like my money back. Please let me have your address for return items, although this will mean extra costs and wasted time for me. Please advise.

My new screen arrived broken !
My new screen arrived well packed but unfortunately was cracked, despite two emails I got zero response from the company. Ended up buying another screen from somewhere else. Not impressed and a company would avoid, not interested in customer service.

Received my order finally !! Placed am order for Toshiba 850L keyboard on 17th Nov. Order was delivered today 22nd Nov.
Am really not happy with this kind of service. Though i found it was not the fault of softhands...they processed and shipped on 17th Nov , i guess Royal mail caused the delay...

Order took a long time to arrive had to contact customer service to ask where the order was as no communication from them at all, they were quite rude and not even an apology was given would not use this company again.
