Quadgrow/Duogrow

Excellent products, well made and seem strong, although not yet tested.

Probably being nitpicky…..but I felt…

Probably being nitpicky…..but I felt the tracking wasn’t in sync with what actually happened. Seemed to take forever to get here, when I actually think the parcel hadn’t really been posted.

Hi Linda....I have had a look into this for you and I can see your placed your order on Easter Saturday, your order was packed and booked onto the Royal Mail system via a 48 hour service that same day. Your parcel was then collected on Tuesday after the Bank Holiday weekend and subsequently delivered 48 hours later on Thursday.

I am sorry you feel it took forever to arrive, but unfortunately that is due to the Bank Holiday weekend and when you placed the order. Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not get collected by Royal Mail until the following Monday or Tuesday in this instance.

Low price and quick delivery.

The Sun blaster light is a great product and I didn't want to risk buying a cheap Chinese light. The price was good anyway, got £5 off as a new customer, and it arrived quickly.

Prompt delivery at xmas

Prompt delivery at xmas, customer service is excellent, thought i was short of parts,rang and they agreed immediately to send out on monday,however it was my fault, great to deal with and i will definately use again

SolarGrow did ok

SolarGrow did very well which is more than can be said for Parcelforce. There was a delay in delivery caused by the parcel not being picked up. It wasn't a problem as the items will not be used until spring next year.
