We recently had 11 new solar panels, an inverter and batteries installed by SolarTherm UK. I was really impressed with the service from before the quote, the quote, the installation and post-installation support. I would highly recommend the firm, the products they provide and the individuals involved.

From the very beginning of my discussions I found them to be proactive, professional and also flexible to my needs. Initially Hilary, assisted with scoping and what could be done, then Lily took this forward to ensure all of our specific needs were met. As we were having a new extension built (including new roof), we already had scaffolding (that they could have provided), they listened to our requirements including embedded (in-roof) solar panels, were flexible to work around our building schedule, the fitting was very professional and all staff onsite were polite and considerate, they were clean and concealed the wires, inverter, batteries in a way that caused as minimal disruption and minimal visibility of wires (we actually have none visible on the outside or inside the house). The team worked hard to get the job complete within one day and also the initial specification measurements and checks caused minimal disruption. The teams involved were very flexible for our needs and my own personal circumstances that they worked around.

Solartherm installed solar panels abc batteries for me and a number of neighbours in 2022. I’ve already left a positive review on the installation. Having had the system a couple of years I’ve found it to be reliable. There was an issue with the batteries that I didn’t spot - the first I knew was Solartherm contacting me to arrange to put new batteries in. Any queries have been fielded quickly and helpfully by Hilary who is always warm and friendly despite some of my questions showing my ignorance!

Just had additional batteries supplied and fitted to our existing system which was installed by Solartherm. It was a very painless process as it was very professionally handled from start to finish by Lily.

Friendly and professional. Courteous and considerate, Installers provided a great experience. All staff highly knowledgeable. Delighted with with battery storage system supplied which now supplements Solar system installed by same company 9 years ago.

9 years ago Solartherm UK fitted my Solar Panels, a fantastic installation that has saved me a lot of money on my energy bills. The panels have now recouped my original investment and I have now invested in battery storage.
Within a week of my enquiry my battery storage system is fitted and saving me even more money on my energy bills.
Solartherm UK have been professional in their knowledge and workmanship. Very helpful, great to do business with.

From my initial enquiry through to completion, the whole process was conducted very professionally. They answered all my questions and were patient when I wanted more clarity to better understand how the system worked, how they would install etc. There was no sales pressure and the timescales were left for me to decide in my own time.

The installation was undertaken on the day planned, scaffold erected ahead of the installation with no problems. In fact, I requested assistance to add additional scaffold for some separate works I was undertaking for a boiler install and they were very accommodating in one arranging the work and two, the cost was very reasonable given that they discounted it. Also I wanted to keep the scaffold up longer than they would normally do, but again, there was no extra cost or pressure to get the scaffold down.

On the day of install, works were done as planned, all in one day, and the install was neat, tidy and the team were excellent. No complaints at all.

The real test of service and customer relationship arises when something happens that was not expected. I had two issues that arose, and both were dealt with promptly and resolved the next day. So, whilst I was initially concerned, I cannot fault their reaction to resolve them.

Craig and his team at Solartherm done an amazing job, from pre sales/installation and after care a very smooth process. Their technical team were very skilled and detailed in putting a bespoke system that met our needs. We are now saving over 75% of our previous bills with a RIO within 4 years which is amazing for us as a charity. I highly recommend their work, we had three other quotes and we found them to be the best value with exceptional customer services.

Full 5 star service from start to finish, all the work what has been carried out and sorting things that need to be sorted, I had no clue where to start when I moved into a house with solar panel and they helps me every step of the way and always was so fast with sorting things, I can’t thank these guy enough!!

The company were knowledgeable and very helpful. I did have another quote from a competitor where I received a ridiculously high price for changing the inverter - £2,500 !! The work carried out Solartherm was done quickly, efficiently and on the day and in the time they promised. System working fine.

Repairs to the roof involved moving three panels and despite the roofers coming back and checking the connections, every time we had heavy rain, the panels stopped generating. Local companies could not help us. We called in Solartherm who assessed the problem and organized the scaffolding and set up the repairs. They repositioned some of the panels, added pigeon mesh to them and repaired the connections. Lilly, Hilary and Tracey were very helpful and kept me informed on what was going on and when, and made sure that everything was working before removing the scaffolding. Getting in touch with Solartherm was easy and quick. This company knows what they are doing.

I had a problem with my solar panel system. The company who fitted them no longer exists.
However I contacted solartherm and the lovely lady talked me through it and sorted the problem for me.

Excellent customer service from 1st point of contact until installation which due to some tricky circumstances was about 12 months, no hard sell, just helpful friendly people who answered questions and provided all the information we needed. The installation team were very efficient and very tidy, a really slick operation all done in one day and you couldn't tell they had been there. 10/10 for everyone involved

The 3 Men that tipped up were nice pleasant clean and tidy you couldn't complain about anything and would recomend yourselfs to everyone

I would highly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs, their charging is considerably out of line with other providers and they have no real interest in responding to, or resolving client queries, AVOID, there are plenty of other better options
