Same Scam as others have posted

Ordered a sweatshirt in a Large. Their size claim for a large is really a medium, so it's not true to size. They do not state that they are located in China. That would have been important to know beforehand. Item took longer than a month to arrive. Item arrived with burn marks that were clearly from the press. I showed them pictures of the damage, and they started that same nonsense as others have stated. First they offer you 8% back, then 10%, then they will send you a full refund if you ship it back to some address in China. Shipping would be like $50-60 to return an item for $25. Took my loss, but I'm just trying to educate others.

Do not waste your money on them

Do not waste your money on them. The products do not look like the things on the pictures and they feel very cheap. They actually send me i wrong item. When I asked for a refund they suggested to give me 10 percent and that I could give the items to family. I still haven't recieved my money and they just ignore that they send me a wrong item.

Same experience as mentioned by others…

Same experience as mentioned by others - products are different than advertised, awful fabric and quality, not worth 24$ each. I have asked for a return and refund, was offered 8% and 'sell it to someone', for 8 emails so far I cannot receive the return address... last message was: 'we can give you return address but shipment cost is on you'. At this point I have no trust if I send it back I will get money returned. AVOID. I wish I saw the reviews, no idea how to proceed with these scammers. Did anyone made a successful return to them?

Should be ZERO stars- Trash product that took over a month to arrive

Should be ZERO stars. I bought what looked to be a nice quality sweatshirt. I ordered it on 1/17/21 and it arrived on 2/22/21. It is a child's size (I ordered a women's medium) and it is very cheaply made, with a polyester type, gross feeling material. This store/site is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Their resolution? An 8% refund and I can keep the trash they sent me. No thank you. Stay away from this company, also known as LOVELIKY and VERBSENSE.

Scam site

Scam site. Send you a cheaper nasty version of what they advertise then off an 8% refund so you can keep their worthless product. And they use PayPal! Really disappointing.

If i could give 0 stars, i would

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a draco malfoy sweatshirt, and after waiting weeks for it to arrive, they sent a completely different sweatshirt. When asked for a refund, they refused & told me to give it to a friend if i don’t want it. APPALLING. Scam of a website.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars!
Orders 2 jumpers and a top from this company. Despite contacting them to say that they had sent the wrong colours they refused to refund my money. The quality was appalling and I had to email several times to get a measly 15% refund. When I told them they sent me the wrong product and that it was damaged they told me to give it as a gift. A complete joke of a company!

Complete RIP-OFF

I ordered the Harry cardigan that others say they got within 3 weeks and was great. This website is a complete scam. They manufacture shipping information that doesn’t exist and have given me three different tracking numbers so far. Of course, they claim the item has shipped, but there’s absolutely no evidence of this. There is no phone number or address listed anywhere on the site and no one signs their emails or personalizes them. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Wrong shirt and no refund

I got completely different shirt from what I ordered and the quality is very bad. When I asked for a returning address, I wasn't given one despite my many pleads. The best they could offer was a 10% refund which is 3,3 dollars. Wow. I'm waiting for my three bucks now but I'm not very hopeful.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam! Their plan is to get your order, ship you the wrong items and offer a 8% refund, then a 10% refund and if you don’t accept it, they’ll offer you a 100% refund but you have to return the products to them. Shipping from Canada to China is more than the items I purchased so why would I return it? If you open a PayPal claim, they will again agree to a full refund with the caveat that you return the items at your cost. Then PayPal puts the ball in your court.

****RUN AWAY FROM THIS****

DO NOT BUY, IT'S A SCAM!!!

Writing this just to reinforce what everyone else has been saying about this company. HOPEFULLY PEOPLE WILL SEE THIS BEFORE THEY BUY - DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE. It's a scam. Clothing quality is truly awful, and from what the other reviews have been saying, they're refusing refunds. $30 down the drain for me - what a waste.

This is a scam website

BEWARE
This is a scam website. They don’t own any products. They copy images from the web and take your money. They are based in China. A disgusting fraud.

Worst Product Quality and Customer Experience

I ordered two sweatshirts at Solebreak. One of the two shirts I've got was a random shirt I did not order. Solebreak refused giving me a full refund. They are based in China. They offered me ridiculously low refund percentages if I keep the shirt, telling me that parcels often get lost and they cannot guarantee I will get any refund if I send it back and that I would need to pay the shipping costs. They delete negative comments and reviews on their social media and block users that create negative reviews. Also the quality and pattern of the other sweatshirt was not as depicted on their e-shop. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I regret ordering at Solebreak.

AVOID definitely a scam

Same as the other reviews. Total scam site. Item was neither the fabric nor pattern in the picture. It also was not cheap. £19.50 for a button down shirt. And they use PayPal which makes it all the more disappointing

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. This company looks attractive, their items look great. Ordered with ease and the item came reasonably quickly considering it came from China. I ordered an adults Harry Potter large hoodie for £34.99 but what I got was a child's and the fabric is dreadful. It is the cheapest thing I've ever had the misfortune to touch, it creates so much static and is vile. I've contacted the company and asked to return it as it isn't fit for its intended purpose and that's where my problems have started. They've offered me an 8% refund and I can keep the item or gift it to someone! As if I'd gift that nasty piece of junk to someone, hilarious. I'm hoping to get my money back off my credit card. Don't use this company!!!

Avoid

Less that one. Do not use these guys. I ordered something, they sent something that only looks slightly like it and are refusing to refund me.
As per their email:

"We feel very sorry that the product can't meet your expectation. As the product is gotten from our suppliers, we have reflected this issue to them so that they could improve the quality of the products. As this item still can be used, how about we issue a 8% refund as compensation to you? Is it acceptable for you? And you don't need to return the package to us which could save your time and money.
If you really don't want to keep it, you could send it to your friends or family as a gift or sell it to someone who like it. "

Absolute joke.
