After my computer died I found Solid Rock IT on the internet yesterday and an engineer called round today just after 10am. Although he was unable to rescucitate my 20 year old machine he did succeed in downloading my files and documents to a USB stick. He was pleasant, quick and talked me through what he did and how my download was organised so I know what’s stored where. I would highly recommend the company services and staff to anyone with computer problems and will ensure I keep their tel no to hand in case of future needs

The engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was patient in explaining to me how to use some features on my phone and Mac. He helped resolve a difficult e mail issue. I hope to undertake further work with him in promoting my psychotherapy practice. Would highly recommend.

Really pleased with the service provided. I needed a new Mac screen and they were much cheaper than going to apple. The engineer was very friendly and nice and bought the new screen the next day and fitted it

We emailed Rock Solid IT UK as we needed help with our home/personal computer. They responded within 24 hours and we had an appointment arranged by the next day. The engineer who visited our house to help us was friendly and polite and listened patiently while we described our issues. He fixed the problems quickly and explained why we were having the problems and how he had fixed them. This was the first time we had used Rock Solid IT UK. It’s great to know that there is a trustworthy and friendly company like this as we will definitely use them again if we encounter other problems. Thank you.

We experienced first class service today from Solid Rock IT UK. Our engineer not only sorted the initial problem with our wifi but also fixed some other issues simultaneously. He really knew his stuff and was happy to go the extra mile for us. Great service, great guy and very highly recommended.

I was let down by another company, phoned Solid Rock IT on a Saturday afternoon and they were here 2 hours later, Mark was polite and very helpful and solved my problems with the computer, would definitely use them again, excellent service.

I contacted Solid Rock IT on a Friday for a laptop repair and was not expecting an appointment until next week. To my pleasant surprise not only did someone contact me very quickly but, having obtained the part quicker than expected, he was able to come to my home the next day to effect the repair. I am very pleased to recommend this company for their professionalism and knowlegeable advice. I will be returning to them for help in the future.

It was very easy to make a booking for the engineer to come to my house. He was very prompt, friendly and efficient. He put my problem right, better than I could have hoped for, and I will be recommending him and the company to friends and family.

Guy lied and said he fitted a new fan into my son's laptop. When I asked to see the old one he took out an brand new unopened fan.

Mark was very knowledgeable and took time to find out what I wanted to achieve and the best way for me to achieve it. He was very helpful and explained everything in clear and easy to understand terms.

I had an issue with a security lock out in Outlook and a 2 minute phone call to the team gave me the solution I had spent days searching for online.

From emailing about my broken screen on my MacBook to fixing it was less than 3 days which is amazing service. The engineer was communicative through the process and the end result was a fixed laptop at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
