After having my LVT done in the porch and hall and stairs/landing carpeted a couple of months ago, I could not wait to get Solihull Carpets back to carpet my living room. Great service from start to finish right from the shop experience through to the final fit. Our project was a whole house split into different dates but the team were very flexible, helpful & worked with us to complete the job. Our carpets are gorgeous - really super quality & well fitted. All the fitters were polite, tidy & friendly to deal with. All in all I would highly recommend this company & if we ever move I'll be going to them again! Well done all at Solihull Carpets.

I have been delighted with the service provided, from beginning to end.
When I first went into the shop, I was given good and sound advice, and was able to take a book of carpet samples home with me. When I made the order, I was well informed about the timeframe and this was adhered to. Yesterday my carpets were fitted and I couldn’t be any happier with them. And the carpet fitter himself was a pleasure to have in the house, hard-working, punctual and respectful.
I will definitely be coming back for my bedroom carpets!

Great service from start to finish. Dan and Wes assisted us in choosing the right carpet for the apartment. Simon and Max did a brilliant job in fitting. Old carpet removed and new carpet hoovered prior to them leaving. We are delighted and would highly recommend Solihull Carpets to anyone!

Solihull Carpets were superb! Great communication and guidance, regular updates, and thoroughly professional installation which looks incredible. I would happily recommend them and use them again, fantastic company all round, from the showroom and the staff there to the guys who did the installation. Great service from Solihull carpets, lovely service in the shop, good advice but left us to choose no hard sale very relaxed, carpet fitted four days later by two really good polite fitters worked very hard and cleared up all the mess, would highly recommend.

Very happy with our experience of Solihull Carpets - everything from our initial experience in the showroom to the final fitting and payment was entirely positive.  Carpet was of very good quality and at a great price, and quality of fitting was exceptional. This is the fifth time we have used Solihull Carpets. Lisa and Emma in the showroom are so helpful. The price is fair and the fitters do a great job. Everyone is friendly too. You get a very personal service.

Richard and his team did a fantastic job with the fitting. Thank you for the excellent service and the beautiful carpet! The only area for improvement would be providing better advice on vinyl selection to ensure a firmer base. Also, one star deducted for the lost bed wheel.

Richard and his lads are great fitters. Arrived on the day they said they would. Worked tirelessly to get the job done (7 rooms in total) and left the house nice and tidy. They even helped me shift some furniture about which they weren't expected to do. Second time using Solihull carpets and would highly recommend to anyone who needs carpets.

Great service start to finish ,the fitter was amazing no mess so quick and a top class job .

We're so delighted with out new LVT flooring. It was a complex job with lots of prep work, levelling the floor and tackling some damp issues but customer service was incredible, nothing too much trouble and the result is a beautiful herringbone oak effect floor right though the hallway into kitchen, conservatory and garage. Fitters were friendly and professional. Couldn't be happier.
