We are very pleased with our new Worcester combi boiler, Matt & team were very helpful and prompt to fit us in. Steve the installer was very professional and thorough, would recommend!

I knew our boiler was owed and we previously had a repair so when it went wrong over Christmas we phoned Devon Heating who were very quick to respond gave us a quote which we were happy with and they arranged for the new boiler to be fitted very promptly the engineer was polite, efficient and left no mess thank you Devon Heating

We recently moved house with a newborn and two other children (who were definitely keeping everyone on their toes!) and had a full boiler installation done by Devon Heating — upgrading from an old electric immersion system downstairs to a modern combi boiler upstairs.

From start to finish, the team were absolutely fantastic — hardworking, efficient, and so professional. They kept the house spotlessly clean throughout the job, worked incredibly quickly, and made the whole process completely stress-free.

What really stood out was how friendly, supportive, and accommodating they were, especially considering the busy household! They also took the time to explain everything clearly, showing us how to use our new boiler efficiently and in the most cost-effective, energy-saving way.

We’re so impressed and over the moon with the service they provided — the house feels completely transformed. We’ll definitely be using Devon Heating again in the future and can’t recommend them highly enough! 👏🔥

We were extremely impressed by the service from first to last. The phone survey with Matt was simple and all my queries were dealt with patiently and politely. Ben did the majority of the work, with some help from Owen, and we couldn't speak highly enough of them. Ben worked tirelessly leaving no mess whatsoever and carrying out all the work to an excellent standard. The office was easy to contact and kept us completely up to date. Thank you all very much

My daughter and son-in-law had had a boiler fitted with them a month ago. My son-in-law is picky and had done a lot of research. Devon Boilers impressed him the most - not just in helpfulness but also the price and the fact that there is a 10 year warranty. So for me it was a no brainer. They are slick and efficient on all fronts and I would not hesitate to recommend them to one and all.

Easy to find website, contained all the information I required. Making contact was easy, and straight forward. Engineer arrived as planned, and soon settled down to getting on with the job, he was very efficient and soon had the old boiler removed and got on with fixing the new one as required. In no time at all, it was working and adjusted. I was given a run through operations of the boiler, and handed the handbook for future reference, before long I was wishing him a good afternoon, and he collected his tools and was on his way.

I would highly recommend Devon Heating Services. There was an issue with the burner in my boiler which ended up being a larger problem. They were really helpful in explaining to me what the issue was and the best options I had in order to proceed to ensure my heating could be switched on as quickly as possible. Matt was incredibly kind at sourcing a new boiler for me at short notice and Tom kindly came and fit it the next day and was great with my young boys who were very inquisitive about what he was up to. Krissie in the office was wonderful and kept me informed at all stages during the process as there were a lot of back and forth phone calls to resolve the problem. I can't thank them enough for making sure that we had our heating back on as soon as possible.

The whole experience from requesting a quote to undertaking the work was brilliant.

I can recommend Devon Heating and Matt Bird enough.

I needed a boiler replacement and phone about 20 people of which only 5 actually bothered coming out to quote. Of the 5. Not only were Devon Heating most flexible with meeting but also very competitive.

They undertook the work as promised and left premises clean and as they found it.

I can't thank them or recommend them highly enough.

We would highly recommend Devon Heating Services, they have recently removed our old oil boiler from inside the house and installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler in a different location outside. Matt and his team are all very friendly and professional, they took time to explain everything and were patient answering our questions, tidy as well and cleaned up every day. They are very nice hard working people, we felt very comfortable having them around our house for a couple of days and were pleased with the work carried out.
