Flawed product delivery
For part of my order they sent wrong products and one product had expired already. I sent a customer complaint the day I received the delivery and asked for correction. Since then I have had no reaction whatsoever. I also tried to ring them. No response.
I will NEVER buy there again. They cheat.

In my courrier were missing five bottles of wine for which I paid around 90€.
I phoned, I wrote e-mails. No reaction whatsoever.
Today, I opened the Parmigiano which I received in the first week of July 2025. Best before date : 16/06/2025. Do never ever buy anything from this company. They are cheats.
Instead of giving me my 90€ back or send me the wine, they now try to remove this post.

Ordered some premium ragu and sugo, but they sent me a cheap alternative for part of the order. I have twice asked them to send the products I ordered, or to give me a refund, but they have not answered.
