I have neve had an insurance claim for over 25years and although only minor damage Solus managed and handled my repair and even collected and dropped off courtisy car at home. The time taken was great and car returned valented and clean with all work done to standard.

Great comms from Solus, also a speedy repair, which looked amazing, unexpected courtesy car as well, all in all, a job well done.

Following a minor bump my car was repaired by Solus. They have done an outstanding job. I was kept informed and updated during the repair. When the car was delivered back to me it had been cleaned inside and out.
The repair was followed up with a breakdown of work carried out and a guarantee. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. My thanks to all the staff involved. I’m delighted

I was kept informed from the moment I was contacted to arrange collection of my car to when it was returned to me. Every appointment was punctual. Collection and drop offs were quick but thorough. I was handed an excellent courtesy car in immaculate condition. Once my car was ready the exchange was equally professional. As for the work on my car, I’d find it impossible to believe it was damaged in the first place. Excellent all round.

Service was very efficient. Good communication throughout the process and advisers polite and helpful. Car had been cleaned and valeted on return.

Absolutely shocking, car went in for accident damage repair,was rushed(completed in 2 days),came back damaged,countless phone calls to them till they accepted it was their fault,lied to ne about collection times,they told me 08.00 to 10.00,when it was actually booked between 08.00 and 12.00,car was going to come back sane day but they also hadn't booked a return trip
I would rather right my car off then use this company again

I was contacted by Solus once my claim was approved. They gave me a time and date for my car to be collected and delivered the courtesy car. They rang to confirm they were on their way on the day of collection/delivery. I was kept up to date with the progress of the repair. The repairs were completed to a good standard and my car was returned a week later. Every member of staff I dealt with was polite and efficient. Great service.

Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional and I was kept informed of my repair every step of the way. The repair to my paintwork has been completed to an excellent standard too! Would definitely recommend.
