Phenomenal Customer Service
Purchased my grail FAS 6004 from Solware online and this was my first purchase with Solware. The level of customer care over the phone and via email was phenomenal, above and beyond. Every aspect of the transaction was perfect. To the wonderful gentleman who assisted me with my many queries (pre and post transaction), thank you so much!!!! Is this Reximex .177 Pistol really 'new'?
Bought a 'new' Reximex .177 Pistol. Outer box label had a 'Mito S Red', crossed out with 'wood' written in pen! Chrono read-out inside was for a .22 pistol! I wanted the 'wooden' stock, which it is, except it has the 'S' model printed on the side of the gun?!? The included carry bag has a crease right accross the back too. I believe I bought an ex-demo or customer return. Not good. Too far to take it back now and can't post guns! Would I use this shop again? Nope!

Hi, if there is an issue with it then we can exchange it. with regards to what is written on the box is irrelevant as when we get caught short on stock we do stock swaps ect so we would have had to swap thins to make one for the previous customer, if you weren't happy then you could have simply brough it back and we could have refunded you until new stock arrives, its a simple phone call.
