Predatory and deceptive sales practices and weak product offering

I found this business online. I had a call with a sales representative who assured me there was a money back satisfaction guarantee. I signed up for the program on this premise. When the program started the content was weak and ordinary so I sought to withdraw from the program with the money back guarantee. They refused to honor the guarantee and kept $3000 dishonestly. Preying on online shoppers and deceptive business practices. Be careful. Even after filing with state attorney and consumer protection, this company will not honor their product guarantee. They do not have a physical business address nor a phone number. Be advised!
