These are hands down the best bathing suits I’ve ever tried on! They are extremely soft and stretchy and have the most perfect fit !! Will be making more purchases in the future !

I've purchased twice in 1 week! I loved my first pair so much I went back & bought another (with more on my wish list). The colours and the shapes are so flattering - even at 41 years old, I can wear these! Fantastic customer service. Highly reccomend!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with the brand and their customer service team. I was super worried about what size I should order, and I reached out on Instagram and through email. They responded right away saying that they looked at my Instagram and they recommended the smaller size! In addition, when I placed my order—I realized that I had ordered almost all the wrong sizes because I ordered the same bathing suit in different colors and the sizes resets. I reached out and they responded right away that they will make sure that the correct size ships out. I received my order yesterday (ahead of schedule) and it is perfect! Size is also perfect. Was so impressed with their response rate and the help they provided! Quality of the product is great too!

Horrible bikinis, not worth the money. Top straps keep falling down and sit to close to the edge of the shoulders. Bottoms are ok but not very flattering at all. Prefer to wear my cheaper bikinis

Third time ordering! First, only a few weeks ago. An item didn’t fit. The response time, customer service & exchange time was a breeze. Second, made another order but the bottoms were out of stock. I messaged asking when it will be back in stock & was advised January which was fine however, they’ve not long messaged me to advised they’ve done a stock count & found what I’m after. The customer service is amazing & products are great even for the bustier girlies.

Found the responsiveness too slow. Keep asking questions via email that don’t get answered in full so alot of back and forth. Dont like that you can’t get a refund if doesn’t suit. If their styles don’t suit then a credit isn’t going to help you. You are just out of pocket with postage back and forth. Have risked sending back to try a different size - still didn’t get my questions answered on email. Hopefully the exchange happens quickly.

Every touch point with Somerfield has been great - from responsiveness and patience with online queries, not to mention my package being received in under 24 hours (and on Christmas Eve!), to a really smooth exchange process when I realised I’d ordered the wrong size in the bikini top. Love the fabric and fit and am looking forward to wearing once my exchange is complete!

Painful exchange/return process. Quality of the suit is great, but it isn’t worth the hassle.

the customer support team was super helpful :) you cant say the same about most e-commerce businesses so I wanted to make sure and note that they will be able to help you with any issues! Mine was that I accidentally put the wrong shipping addreess. Whoops!

The quality and luxurious feel of the fabric is unmatched.
I’ve always struggle with online bikini shopping especially after everything changed after having kids.
The adjustability and support of the upper half of their one piece has made me feeling confident again and the cut of the bottom half holds me in the perfect amount just showing enough cheek for my liking.

This store is pretty bad. I don’t normally write reviews, but I am so disappointed it was way too expensive for this quality. The bottom are cut horribly and the material it’s self is lose . It’s giving target quality, and it not going to last . Please don’t buy.

Unfortunately I bought a bikini set from this company, completely wasted more than 100$.
The fabric is terrible, stiff, not stretchy at all, and felt incredibly cheap—nothing like what was advertised.
I reached out to customer service hoping for help, but instead I was met with rude, dismissive replies. They completely ignored my actual complaint and kept repeating the same generic response, blaming the issue on size and style instead of acknowledging that the material is clearly cheap low quality.
No accountability, no empathy, and zero willingness to listen. For a brand charging premium prices, this level of service is unacceptable. I regret spending my money here and I’ll be warning everyone I can to stay far away from this store.

Not at all true to size for larger sizes, but return policy was only 14 days instead of the usual 30 so I couldn’t return in time to exchange.

My most favourite bikini! Fits perfectly exactly to size. Feels so supportive and comfortable especially for a strapless top and still very flattering. Rate 10/10. Am buying more sets 🫶🏼

I ordered on Wednesday and received a shipping confirmation within a few hours. I was delivered on Friday all the way from Australia. That is quicker than when I order from local brands.

Don’t buy from here! There bathing suits are okay but there is no refunds! I live in the US and it will cost hundreds of dollars to even do an exchange cause they don’t send a pre paid barcode for the exchange. There is no contact number to call and the people in charge of emailing are worthless. Automated BS responses that aren’t helpful at all. Unless you want to gamble and waste your money do not do this.

Haven’t purchased as I’ve reached out to them multiple times throughout the year to ask about sizing and many of their promotions and they never replied. I usually don’t review brands that I haven’t bought something from before but there have been so many occasions when I’ve tried to contact this brand that I thought it was worth letting others know to be prepared for the poor quality of customer service. I tried emailing them from multiple different email addresses to make sure it wasn’t just my email that wasn’t working but nothing - no response. I checked spam and my bin box as well. I keep getting marketing emails from them though so I know they’re able to respond. They run a bunch of promotions and I’ve participated in a bunch of them (where they ask you to do things like “like our Instagram” or “comment on our post” to win things or for a discount code). For one example, they promised a $50 voucher for completing a task and I did the task yet never received the voucher (or any of the other rewards promised). They also have a concerning returns policy.

EDIT: In response to the reply, is the email for this brand “info(at)somerfieldswim.com” and the brand name “Somerfield Swim by Renee Somerfield” based in NSW? This is the email address that sent me the promotional emails so just want to make sure it’s not a phishing scam.

Love the product! Quality of material is exactly what you want in swimwear. I feel supported with my 12DD size too which is a rare find. The customer service and exchange process, as I initially got the sizing wrong, was exceptional. Thankyou.

Amazing swimsuits! I ordered one for a trip to Mexico, and as soon as I came back I had to get another one! Such great quality and they look so adorable on!

Amazing bikinis and excellent customer service. I reached out to the team as I needed the bikinis urgently for a photo shoot. They promptly replied and made sure my order was sent quickly and it arrived the next day. I’m absolutely in love with the bikinis, the fit and quality are great. Can’t recommend highly enough! Will shop again :-)
