The sign for our front door looks really classy.

They were excelent on the phone taking my order, and helped in every way. 10 to 14 days the lady said, it was just over a week for delivery. It hangs outside our house entrance and looks, well, just superb. Nice job, nice people to deal with, and a fair cost for the product. (in fact, as a Yorkshire man, chepeast I could find)

It was unfortunate that our sign was damaged in transit but the matter was sorted out immediately and I received a replacement in just a few days.

After placing my order for a house sign, choosing the font etc, I was astonished to receive a phone call saying that although the sign had been made, they weren't happy with it and would I like to choose a different font! After leaving the choice to the lady who rang I was delighted to receive the new sign within 3 days and it was perfect - no extra charge. This is exceptional service, the sign is perfect and received well within the quoted time. Keep it up.

I recently ordered an oak plaque with stake for under my baby daughters memorial tree. We are completely delighted with the finished product it looks beautiful. We'd previously had a slate house-sign made by a much more expensive firm, but finding that a second sign would cost over £130 I found this firm who offered much better prices. The sign was delivered within a few days, carefully packed and seems to be of equal quality.

I wanted a couple of nameplates for stable doors, found Made in the West easily via Google. The website was easy to use and the product was just what I was looking for so I ordered straight away. The goods arrived sooner than anticipated and more than met my expectations.

All very well asking what I think of the service, but since they haven't yet delivered what I ordered, it's hard to form an opinion. They certainly took my money very efficiently, but ( call me old fashioned) I would have expected to actually receive the item before they use a third party company to contact me asking for comments on my purchase experience.

Suggested change in the process:-
1) Take order and payment
2) Deliver the item ordered
3) THEN ask for customer feedback.

Not rocket science, is it?
