I was very impressed by my dealings with this firm, when I ordered an oak post box for a christmas present. Their internet site was easy to follow, and the item arrived reasonably quickly considering it was the Christmas period. It was well packed and I particularly liked the seasonal cellophane wrapping paper.
The recipients were also very pleased with it and they particularly liked the personalised address script. Well done, and recommended.

Very pleased with my sign, but was a little unsure what font I was ordering as there seemed to be no examples.

I have nothing but good things to say about the service I was given, I ordered a sign as a Christmas present, I called and spoke to the company and was reassured that my sign would arrive in time for Christmas, which it did! And I'm very impressed with it!

Excellent workmanship and delivered as promised.

We ordered a wooden engraved oval name plate. It arrived quickly and is nicely made and good quality. However, having seen it I feel it is expensive for what it is. I was also surprised that its not oiled and there are no screws or rawplugs to fix it to the wall.

I would expercted to have paid £25- £30 inc Postage and VAT for something that cost us £40.

I would not purchase from this company again.

The product was exactly what I wanted, it was an exact replica of those featured on the website and, importantly, it arrived promptly. Great product coupled with excellent service. What more could you ask for!?

Easy to use website and very fast service with a uniquely personalised item!

When i opened this i was very impressed with it. The detail and everything was just brilliant. A wonderful, thoughtful present for somebody.

I woudl recommend this company to everyone, the website was really easy to use, i found them easily on google and really liked the dropdown options to design your product :)

I thought the value of the signs was great - but annoyingly we couldn't get a preview image of what the sign would look like - shape, font, colour etc, at any time during the order. Happy to get delivery for free, but PLEASE give more visuals so we know what we're buying!

I had a cross made for my grandmothers grave and had been looking at different options. made in the west country was by far the best price and the cross is beautiful. I went slightly over the word count but when speaking to an employee it wasn't a problem. The cross arrived quickly and was wrapped beautifully. I would defiantly highly recommend them to friends or anyone looking for a memorial.

The large oak post box is nicely finished, well inscribed, quite sturdy and was well packaged. However the side walls do not have a tongue joint to the front or back walls, consequently rain will ingress. (the left hand side of ours has a small gap as well which I need to seal - it is just finely pinned to the back wall). Without a water tight joint the post box should have had drainage holes at the very least. The letter opening needs to be a few mm larger to allow for newspapers/large mail. Hope criticism is constructive.

The sign arrived well within the time specified and I will be able to give my husband a really individual and special Christmas gift.
