I would have scored the purchase excellent except for three things. Maybe it was my fault but the small size of the plaque and the rustic-style lettering were not what I expected. Not the fault of the company but Royal Mail had a problem in Bristol which delayed delivery by several days.Very helpful customer service when answering my enquiry about the delay in delivery.

Have got the perfect Xmas present for the house. Well made, attractive letter box which looks like it will last years.

After much searching for a house nameplate I found 'Made in the West Country' we site. The site was very comprehensive and easy to find and order exactly what I looking for. My order was placed and I received it in a matter of days and it was exactly as I had wanted.

I ordered a wooden house sign! The service was brilliant, easy to order and fantastic value.

Very pleased with my order ; slate house number which I have glued to a piece of stone and placed at the top of our drive. Delivery companies will no longer be confused as the numbers (white on black slate) stand out very clearly, even in the dark.

Professional company, the sign is a present for my daughter to have on her horse's stable door. The sign has been made beautifully and i'm sure she will be delighted!

I recently bought a sign for my husband's shed and MadeintheWestCountry were fantastic. The online ordering was easy to use, and they were extremely helpful in advising me which product to choose. The product arrived quickly and in perfect condition and made a fabulous birthday present. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

This welly and boot rack was exactly what we were looking for to store 2 pairs of wellies and 2 pairs of walking boots in our porch. Thought that £45 was on the more expensive side that we wanted to pay, but it was just what we were looking for and we had spent a long time searching the internet. Delivery was prompt and we were pleased with that. However the quality of the wood finish for the amount of money spent was disapointing. It was rough and looked unfinished by the sanders. Overall the welly rack does what it is suposed to do, but was expensive for the final finish.

I am so pleased with the slate sign I purchased from Made in the Westcountry. I ordered it 1st Nov and it was deliverd the 7th. what a service.

The web site is very easy to use and well thought out, as for the product, I bought a slate sun dail and our friends were over the moon. it was a very good choice as a wedding present & now sits in the garden reminding them of their wedding day (bit of a boozy affair if you ask me not that I can remember all of it)
As stated I was suprised on the ease of ordering and how fast it turned up. would I use this site again? yes I would. I would recommend emailing as they will give advice on choice etc.

I had a name plate made for the house. It was easy to use the website and delivery was less than 14 days! Name plate is lovely, just what I wanted.

For the man who has everything, but not a visible house sign, this turned out to be a very welcome gift - he was thrilled and liked it very much.
