It's really terrible
It's really terrible. The order says it has been delivered, but I didn't receive any express delivery and the customer service didn't reply. I will never buy any products from this place again.

The company is unreachable.
I have bought a defective item but the company doesn’t answer emails so I’m stuck with it, and out of pocket.

WORST customer service ever
WORST customer service ever. I will NEVER order from these again. The phone number just rings out and out you through to a stupid automated answer machine and don’t bother emailing them, again no answer
Apparently my parcel has been delivered but I have NOT received it and again the customer service is non existent and haven’t replied or helped. They are nothing but thieves

These are just about the worst company…
These are just about the worst company I've encountered for some time and that's saying something! My original order was never received. Replacement order eventually sent (but only actioned when non-receipt issue raised via Paypal). One of the items was unsuitable (too transparent), so returned this for refund. Receipt of this acknowledged by them, but then no refund forthcoming. Really abysmal customer service. Chased with them but they don't respond and don't want to refund your money. They are part of M&CO apparently. Avoid and buy elsewhere, it's not worth the aggro.
