I needed a second European mobile number with SMS support for verification purposes. Kiran was incredibly patient and professional throughout the whole process. Even when one country had regulatory issues, he quickly cancelled it, refunded the balance and guided me to the right solution (Netherlands mobile number). The number activated instantly and works perfectly.
Sonetel is reliable, easy to use and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Extremely time consuming to get started. Needing extensive verification for the company and you as a private individual. Going so far as to requiring a selfie with your passport. God knows where this information ends up. Only to receieve:

"I’m really sorry to share that the activation of your number was unfortunately declined by our provider. They haven’t shared any specific reasons for the rejection, which I understand can feel unclear — and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

If you're looking to get started with a sales team using this I would highly discourage from it.

Sonetel is a scam company do not use them. I had a service setup with them for years without issue. Then i stopped receiving calls from that number. I tried to login to the account but i was unable, after trying multiple times I contacted support and eventually they got me back into the account. I saw a ton of phone numbers that were not mine and immediately started to cancel them. Unfortunately Sonetel billed me for each of those numbers that were not mine. I notified them of the incorrect billing on the account and asked for a refund but the staff were not willing to refund me

Customer service is really good,fast response and very wiling to help. A lot of options honestly.their numbers are diverse and very affordable. Great experience so far and it's all worth it!!

4th day of installing it and then paying and sending documents and still cannot use it. The costumer supports is a waste of time. They are telling me they don’t accepts the UK energy bill that the UK government accepts. They don’t even accept my driving licence which has got my address on it as a proof. It’s a waste of time and they will also charge you for the free trial that they offer at the start. You cannot use their services unless you have a paid monthly or annual subscription with them. It’s not only getting a phone number. It’s only the start …

I initially experienced an issue during my purchase, but I’m happy to say that the refund process was handled correctly and the balance was returned without any problems. Thank you for resolving it.

That said, I would like to share a constructive suggestion. For a service like Sonetel that operates globally and handles telecom services, trust and transparency are critical—especially when it comes to payments and identity verification.

It could be beneficial to clearly communicate (ideally on the homepage) how user verification, privacy, and data protection are handled. Highlighting GDPR compliance and working with well-known third-party identity verification providers (such as Sumsub, Onfido, or similar) would significantly increase user confidence and reduce friction during onboarding.

Making these processes more transparent not only builds trust but can also improve conversion rates and reduce support load.

Overall, I appreciate the resolution and hope to see continued improvements in transparency and user trust.
