Was a little bit dubious to order from here after reading some of the reviews. But I’m so glad I did, item was just as I wanted, great quality and super speedy delivery! (Pink ottoman storage box)

Ordered some bedroom furniture at 5pm and it was delivered 11am next day. Built and in the bedroom within 24 hours of placing order. Excellent service, and nice piece of furniture

Best Support. One piece was delivered broken but they instantly send me a replace. Very friendly and helpful per mail

I am extremely disappointed with the Mülleimer für die Küche 3 x 18 L (SKU: LTB54WT) I purchased in February 2023. After less than a year of use, one of the lids broke and the trash can is now completely unusable. Despite several exchanges with customer service, the offered replacement lid did not solve the issue. Instead, I was offered a paltry 20% refund, which is completely unacceptable.

For the price I paid, I expected a high-quality product that would last much longer than a year. Instead, I am left with a broken trash can and no real solution. What’s worse, even with the 20% discount, buying a new trash can would still cost me more than it’s worth—especially since I have to hire a trash removal service to dispose of the broken one, as I don’t have a car.

If you were aware of a defect or recall, as you mentioned in our email exchange, I should have been given a full replacement, not a partial refund. This experience has been a waste of both time and money, and I will never purchase from Songmics again. I highly recommend other buyers do thorough research before wasting their money on this product.

Latest update to this unbelievable, i have received a reply from customer help? First reply stating I received the order on the 4th October 2023 in two packages this was three weeks before I had made the order, and was actually an order I did receive, which I may add was excellent both in quality and delivery. My second reply from them stated there was no record of an order being made or payment being made. This is after I supplied absolute proof from PayPal they had paid the money and supplied all transfer details. I was advised to contact the PayPal as it was not paid. I had opened a case with PayPal against the company as it was obvious they had no idea how to help. Strangely yesterday evening an unannounced call from Suer ES they had a package for me. The very order they had denied I had ordered that does not exist. Delivered without any notification and no order number. Now I have a package that does not exist, or I have not ordered and if I open it and there is damage no details of. This is simply incompetence at its finest. It proves that there customer service could never have even checked the detailed information I supplied them, or how they wcen shipped a package they stated i had not ordered. It also leaves me with have to close a case with PayPal for goods they had paid for that have now suddenly arrived. On a plus point previous orders have all been excellent quality and delivered without problem.

Placed an order payable with PayPal. Order accepted, confirmed and paid by PayPal, confirmation was received. No confirmation received from Songmics, no order entered into my account and no shipping details. Luckily the only prove i have is PayPal confirmed the payment was accepted, and the money was taken from my bank account account. Contacted Songmics customer help, the reply was they were extremely busy and would reply when possible. They were extremely fast to take payment from me? Yet it appears getting help for them not supplying the goods is not as important to them. Sadly for me when trust is lost in a company, there are many other companies to buy from. I have had to open a case with PayPal for them accepting payment and not confirming or as yet supplying goods.

I ordered the cabinet and it arrived a few days later in clean un damaged cardboard packaging. The assembly instructions were in English and were very clear and easy to understand. Each panel was labelled and the only confusion was two dissimilar panels with the same label. The resulting cabinet was very pleasing to the eye and easily fits in our bathroom making everything look tidier.

Horrible. Screws missing and no customer support. No help. Wasted 100+ euros and they cannot even include the screws. It seems like a 2 year old put everything in a bad because everything was wrong. How shameful. Hiring 2 year olds in a Chinese factory. Disgraceful. Never buy by Song mics or Vasagle. They are the same. Absolute shameful. My dying grandmother would have done a better job sending the right freaking things. How little they care about their customers.

Utterly Shambolic! No communication, no customer service. Ordered a tall unit, promised a 48 hour delivery - nothing!

I contacted the support, got a really fast answer and they solved ma problem right away!!!!!

I ordered 2 spice racks. One was complete, the other was missing screws. I called the company three times & left voicemails asking for a return call. To this day, about 2 weeks later, I still have had no response. Very disappointed. Products are great but customer service is not!!!
All I'm requesting is to send the package of screws to me.

Ordered a bin from them originally (UK site). Such great quality we took a look at what else was on offer. Ordered some trainer boxes - one of which arrived damaged. Contacted customer services who were straight in it - shout out to Katharine - and sent a replacement out immediately upon request. Thank you!

The delivery was fast, i ordered last may 31, 2024 and was surprised it was delivered the next day. I had some issues with the item so i contacted their customer service and they were very swift to respond and offered a solution right away.I was very satisfied with the product and the way they treat their customer.

Ordered an item that arrived incorrect (wrong colour). Contact songmics who agreed to arrange collection of wrong item and ship out correct one. This arrived incorrect too! Wrong colour again. Have contacted songmics several times with no response, no refund and I am stuck with 2 items that are huge and heavy and are wrong so I cant even use them! Disappointed as this company came highly recommended, I won’t be recommending them to anyone. Really bad service.

Item wasnt as described at all. Left a review online which they refused to publish. Wont be using them again.

After a while, I got technical difficulties with a height adjustable table. The customer contact was helpful and friendly. I followed the advises but it did not help solving teh problem, so they sent me a new table. Thank you for the good service!
I made this experience with the german department.
