Great customer service!

I ordered a led vasagle computer desk 2 days ago & my delivery has just came! I’m pleased I am setting out a studio for myself waiting for few more bit to come within the next few days I will upload a picture of finish touch if I can!! Thank you so much

Finally found an office chair that's comfortable. Previously tried chairs from other places for 3x the price which are nowhere near as good as my Songmics. If you're tall then Songmics is your best bet. Although the price was low in comparison to other chairs, the quality of the product is not affected. Rapid delivery too.

There is a problem about the delivery, however they managed to solved it. The company customer support Christi that i chatted is so friendly. Actually i ordered another product because it really give me a good vibes of their wood products. . . Am so happy and i gave this review a perfect star.

Delivery really quick ..I did have problem with item that arrived faulty …customer service easy to contact and replied within few hours and sent out new item immediately. Great quality item and great customer service. Definitely will buy from them again and recommend them.

Well this review is in two parts--courier (awful) first and Songmics (brilliant!) second. First my parcel did not arrive and the embarrassing mistake of the courier world--Evri--had lost it. I contacted Songmics and they sent a replacement. Once again the embarrassing mistake of couriers aforementioned Evri, said my parcel was out for delivery. Two days later for no reason whatsoever they decided to send it back to the sender with no attempt at delivery and no reason why they decided not to try.
So the second part of my review is Songmics customer service who were fantastic, exemplary, the king and queen of customer service. A replacement was sent within 24 hours with apologies and when the second one was returned a refund was done immediately--even before they got it back into stock. Joan from Songmics you were awesome! They said they would review the courier service they use when they discuss with their logistics. If they had different carriers I would shop with them in a heartbeat but Evri have let everyone down.

Songmics uk customer service is second to none. My trampoline got damaged in a storm. I couldn’t find the replacement parts I needed. Cathy at Songmics sent me a manual to help me identify the parts. Then sent the parts required. No charge. I am truly grateful and thankful to both Songmics uk and Cathy their amazing customer service lady

The product arrived slightly damaged. Customer Support were excellent, really helpful, and sent out a new one immediately. Great service.

The initial package I received was damaged. The outside damage broke several pieces of the item. Through email, I reached out and they took care of this by sending a whole new replacement. I love my new mirror/jewelry box and very happy with songmics and their customer service. Will buy from again for sure!

Fantastic. The ordering and delivery process was really smooth and fast. The shelf unit was short of 2x screws, but Joan in Customer Services post them to us along with some spares via Next Day Delivery. They were in contact until we confirmed the issue was resolved and couldn't be happier with the whole thing - the unit is easy to assemble, sturdy and great looking. 10/10 for them.

I ordered two tables from Songmics.
The first one I was able to put together effortlessly as the instructions were clear and precise.
But the second one had a crack in it.

I reached out to Songmics regarding the defective table (probably got cracked during transport ?), and was provided with top quality assistance from both Leslie and Océane of their support team.

My issue was solved quickly and effectively.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Songmics for their great customer support.

Electric standing desk controller was defect after 6 months. Reclamation was responded very quick and competent. New controller was sent immediately and thus solved the warranty problem. Thank you for this great service effort.
