A sign of a good company is how they react to things going wrong. Initially I was told by the delivery company that my item was delivered when it had not been or at least not to my address. Joan from Customer Care responded professionally and courteously when I told her this and made good the order. Therefore would recommend this company.

Sadly they used Hermes a renowned company to lose or lie about making deliveries. Purchased a dog crate from seller as they had great reviews, really unhappy that i cannot request a refund until I have to wait 2 days for the to even look at the request. POD from hermes is blank! shocker as no delivery made and ring footage to prove it. I would like a refund.

I ordered two items: an L-shaped desk and a wheeled cabinet with drawers and file space. The desk is an amazing value for the money--Steel construction and coated fiberboard surface, which was easy to assemble with only one (included) tool. It is very stable and attractive. The cabinet is also sold at a price much lower than the quality that is received--It is made of thicker steel than expected, has an excellent finish (I chose black) and was simple to assemble (just added the wheels at the bottom). Shipping for both was fast, well tracked, and superb in its protective elements. The cabinet, for example, was shipped with a thick steel surrounding element in the box to prevent accidental dents/scratches. I recycled the steel locally after assembly. Communication with the support office (Christa) was fast and easy. Such responsiveness to some questions I had is so rare these days. Well done!

I had a problem with an item I bought and they were quick to respond and went above and beyond to fix it.

We ordered 6 dining chairs (They are self assembly and are packed in pairs) on Tuesday night.
They were delivered on Thursday.
Assembled (easy) on Friday and will be used tonight (Saturday).
Very happy with quality, price & delivery.

I've had three different orders with Songmics, and unfortunately, all three have had issues. Their customer support is challenging to communicate with, as they only use templates and don't address the questions or concerns properly.

I was missing a knob from the piece I was putting together, I contacted songmics and they issued me another knob with no issues and it was fast!

Got a stylish bookshelf, very easy to assemble as all bags with mounting material were signed, so it is very easy to follow the instruction.
As well price-value-ratio is a fair deal.

I bought electric table legs and when I went to build these, there was an essential part missing. After emailing the company they got back to me in quick time offering a complete replacement. I purchased a wobble stool from Songmics in August 2020. It wasn't used much but was a great stool for working at my computer. About a month ago I noticed that the gasket making the wobble stable had completely disintegrated. This created an incredibly dangerous situation where I almost injured myself.

I reached out to customer service at Songmics asking if they had replacement parts or would address this in any way. Their reply: "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a resolution as the issue does not fall under our limited warranty." Yet on the Amazon page for the product they state "100% satisfaction: We provide customized and professional customer service before and after your purchase, so don't wait any longer and enjoy it now."

For something as expensive (I paid $116) and resource intensive as a piece of furniture, this is environmentally irresponsible and wasteful. The reviews on Amazon reflect this product failure is a trending problem with these stools.
