One part of my order was faulty. I emailed Songmics who were extremely helpful and sent me a replacement part by next day delivery without any quibbles. Finished product is perfect and Songmics customer service is perfect too.

Having ordered a new Rubbish Bin with Songmics to then discover on delivery I had made a mistake with the colour...Nightmare!!!
On contacting Customer Care my fear of not being able to return the item as it was my fault was put to rest.
I was told straight away it was not a problem they would try and get the colour I wanted. However the colour was out of stock. Asking for time to think about things was not a problem either.
On my decision to return the goods I was emailed a return label and a list of where I could drop it off.
My emails were always answered quickly & friendly I have been shown patience & understanding this is 1st Class Service. Can't praise them enough I would have no hesitations in buying from Songmics again.

My lights stopped working on my vanity. I emailed them and received a prompt response. They figured out what I needed and sent me the replacement part free of charge. I will definitely buy their products again.

Things did go wrong with the delivery but that's more down to the courier that was used. Disappointing as what I ordered was a birthday gift and arrived 5 days late, but, have to say Songmics was brilliant on customer service and keeping me up to date and sorting the problem out.

Bought the rattan cube table and chairs. Excellent quality and easy to put together myself. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They replied to my emails quickly and even though I was missing one part, it arrived the next day no issues at all. Highly recommmend the product and service.

I had some problems with my product. I also missed some screws. But the customer service was so kind that they send me some new parts and it was delivered really fast.

Customer service went above and beyond to correct a minor issue ! They followed up several times and were very easy to communicate with!!

I ordered a pack of 2 Visgale bar stools and when they arrived one had a problem with the seat,
I emailed and soon it was sorted and a new seat arrived - coming direct from Germany - Thankyou Joan for sorting for me
I have had 2 previous Songmics order/products before with no problem - they are lovely furniture and well made , well packaged for delivery too

Annie and support team was fantastic, timely response and full understanding. Am more than pleased with the end table that we purchased, however, the support really makes the company worthy of being a loyal customer. Annie quickly sent out a replacement board as the original one was damaged during shipment. I was truly impressed with the handling of my situation. I am now a loyal customer.

I purchased a night stand & was 3/4 done with assembly when I had an issue with a part. I contacted Songmics Customer Care and had an answer and 2 solutions to choose from within 24 hours. The solution I chose was part replacements. Again contacted within 24 hours. Their response was excellent and I now have final solution. The quick responses with solutions showed this company truly cares about their customers. I was so pleased, I asked to have a survey sent to me to give them the praises they deserve.

Once I got the right email, all was awesome!

I had orderred two of their side tables and found them easy to assemble and very functional, especially with recharging ports being available.

I've been so pleased that I impulsively ordered another set, then realizing that I did not have the need that I projected I asked that the order be cancelled. I received a very clear response as to why it was too late to cancel, and my request was accommodated by the seller supplying a return label - and my refund was provided, I'm sure before they actually received the return package.

I can't say enough about the product quality and exceptional customer service that Songmics provides.

I had serious deliver issues. Obviously this was the delivery companies failures, but it also took time for the company to respond and chase up the delivery. It did eventually arrive, and in one piece. The product is good value for money.

I ordered a jewelry cabinet that has a mirror on the front, well, once I received it, the mirror was broken. I contacted the company and was immediately sent a new cabinet. The customer service rep was extremely nice and helpful! I'd definitely buy from this company again!
