Amazing sound friend…

Sonos really looks well and all stuff works together:) this is really nice stuff I have 2 headphones Sonos ace and I’m impressed but EQ in app are terrible. But still I really enjoy. I think about to buy Sonos 100 speakers and soundbar.

Great components and service.

The sound coming from my system which includes the Playbar, two Play1 satellite speakers and a subwoofer is amazing. I also had to solicit customer service to help me install and make these components work together as a system. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and supported me on the phone throughout the system set up. Excellent service and excellent system. Thank you Sonos.

Great product & company

Fast shipping, fantastic speakers, and extremely easy to setup. I ordered a Beam Mini and three Era speakers, they integrated with my Apple home setup quickly & painlessly. As a bonus, almost all the shipping materials were recyclable. Would absolutely order from them again, product is top notch.

Don't Buy It!!!

It is next to impossible to connect to one's laptop. One requires an IT expert to make this happen. It does not go through bluetooth and only works with WIFI. It only lets you connect through an APP on your phone. You can't connect directly to your laptop. You then have to reconnect to the laptop after setting it up on the phone and this set up was glitchy. And to add Spotify is a whole new time sink. It's still not working on my laptop and I have to wait an hour for their phone IT help to start working. Back pain. Headache. Frustration. It should not be this hard!!!

User experience continues to worsen

Speakers are of ok quality but the company's priority is making the user experience as terrible as possible, this product is too far gone down the "entsh*tifcation" rabbit hole. Don't waste your money on a product that will just continue getting worse as they try to extract even more cash out of its users.

Great sound quality but poor user…

Great sound quality but poor user experience, you can’t create a playlist on the fly anymore. Fine if you want to pick individual songs played consecutively waiting for one to finish before you play the next but you can’t stack sings in an advance playlist anymore. If I’m honest I think I’ll gradually replace all my Sonos with an alternative from now on.

After 18 months of appalling app issues…

After 18 months of appalling app issues I've finally got rid of my 2 Play 1's leaving just one ( it's not mine so I'm stuck with it). Fortunately my Roam works from Alexa otherwise it would be tutty bye to that too. There's choice in the marketplace now folks.

My Sonos Ace headphones…

I recently experienced an issue with my Sonos Ace headphones where the sound dropped out in one ear. While that was frustrating, what followed reminded me why I continue to support Sonos.

The team responded with care, clarity, and respect. They honored a replacement and handled the situation in a way that felt personal, not transactional. That level of service matters.

The Ace headphones themselves are exceptional. The sound is immersive, balanced, and deeply considered. Honestly, I find them superior to the Apple AirPods Max. They’ve become a part of my daily rhythm, especially during workouts where over-ear headphones are essential for me.

Sonos doesn’t just make great products, they stand behind them. That’s what builds loyalty.

Used to be a good buy, used to.

Used to be a good buy, but I would not buy it today. At the moment I'm spending more time fixing problems than listening to music. I spend about 1 hour a day setting everything up again and usually resort to using a different bluetooth speaker, my dj setup or headphones because I don't feel like spending so much of my time setting it all up from zero again. If you're considering buying Sonos I would certainly recommend looking for an alternative.
