Very POOR experience.

Absolutely disgusting failure for Soprema to even reply to emails. I’m still waiting on guarantee paperwork over a year since installation. Soprema UK referred me to a Dublin office, but they still haven’t sorted this despite getting details of contractor. I also requested details of fixing methods for solar upstands.. no assistance provided by Soprema! My postcode BT52 1TA
Update- unacceptable prolonged humidity as rainwater outlets appear undersized and incorrectly jointed! Water ponds on roof!

I have temporarily removed my poor review as a gesture of good faith following communication from Soprema. I hope that they will now fix my problem under the guarantee and that I can post a favourable review in due course. 17 Sept 2022

Warranty not honoured

Bought a house with a FLAG roof from Soprema and expected the warranty to be well supported by them. Very surprised to find that they don't have any record of the installation and are refusing to honour the warranty. Poor service — the roof is here, it's got their logo on it and they should honour their commitments.
