I decided to get the subscription after trying a few different kinds and really enjoying them. The sake sold on this website is a little pricier than elsewhere, but the quality and so the taste is far better. When I needed to cancel the subscription briefly, it was very easy to do and customer service has been extremely helpful and responsive. The subscription is very easy to pause and cancel as well, you literally just click on button and you won't be billed for that month (or recieve that month's subscription), so if you're short on finances, you can easily skip as many months as you need without having to fully cancel the subscription.
I also really like the little leaflet or 'tasting notes' that comes with each subscription bottle, explaining where and how that particular variety was made in Japan. Overall highly recommend this website if you are in the UK and want to find good sake.

Sold out of the mixed case I was after so a bespoke case and tasting notes was kindly put together for me. There was then a breakage on the delivery which was very quickly replaced and resolved. Very happy with the service. Yet to try the sakes but looking forward to them.

Using your website to choose which Sake to buy was very easy and full of useful information. The delivery was fast and well packaged, and the postcard for the gift message was lovely. Id recommend Sorakami to anyone interested in buying Sake. And, I recommend the Sake bath bombs!!

Really fast turnaround with a good selection of sake and descriptions to assist with the choice. Updates were provided throughout order, dispatch and delivery. Well packaged too. This was for Christmas so with all the issues with post this year the regular updates were very welcome.

I am please with the products arrive in time, quality of sake is outstanding, however the colour of the bottle was brown on image and its green when arrived. Just a bit unimpressed from original.

Sorakami is a fantastic supplier of the best sake you will taste outside of Japan itself. They offer a wide selection of fantastic sake as well as in-depth information ranging from the sake itself to the brewery it was made to the food that it would pair best with.

Sorakami even includes small gifts in your orders occasionally, for instance just recently I received a small postcard with my most recent order which pictured the brewery in which my sake was made as well as a thank you on the other side from a member of staff.

Great service. Ordered the discovery set and it was with me in a few days perfectly packaged. There was even a personalised card inside for me. The Sake set is great so far and the information book is excellent.

Absolutely superb experience - provides decent quality sake, but also tasting notes and initially a guide to the history as well as an in depth explanation for how to explore and understand the range of sake on the market.

I now know why that cheap sake I bought before didn't work for me. The premium stuff is amazing
