The website was easy to use, and delivery was quick. I ordered the Discovery Box, which included a good variety of sake. A good choice for those wanting to try sake for the first time.
The sake was great quality, which is a rarity in the UK. Sake can be hard to find here, and it's often quite sharp and bitter. But not in this case. All three bottles went down very well.
I highly recommend Sorakami. My only caveat is that it's a bit on pricy side, (like most good quality sake). So, I'll probably only order for myself as an occasional treat.

They have been amazing. My initial order I sent to the incorrect address (my error) . When they were informed of my mistake they moved heaven and earth to make sure it was delivered. Also the sake was incredible and the booklets sent with the bottle were great

A very friendly and knowledgeable team at Sorakami! Robin is always there if you have a question/request. Their delivery is always on time (and amazing eco-friendly protective packaging!). I’ve shopped sake from a number of shops online but I like Sorakami the best 😊

Sorakami have been great to deal with. We had a problem with the delivery of the parcel (not their fault) and they were super speedy and checked once it was resolved that we were happy.

Purchased from the site, but unfortunately items were not longer needed. Refund process was quick and easy and the team at Sorakami were a delight to deal with - I'll definitely be back when I need to purchase some Sake in the future.

Contacted the company as I was buying a bottle for friends who are sake lovers. Alexandra was swift and suggested some bottles to me after sending over what I was looking for and what price range I was hoping to pay. The overall costumer service was very quick and very friendly. Can't wait for my bottle to arrive which will go in a gift box with straight to my friends. Makes me curious to try sake out myself haha..

Sorakami has been a delightful treat especially during the pandemic. I'm not a big drinker but having that something light while connecting with my wife over online has been comforting. Not only that, we were able to connect over the characteristics of the sake that comes with each delivery which makes the experience more special.

Was looking to buy Sake after reminiscing about my trip to Japan but was cautious to go via the usual Amazon option as I know Sake has a very varied flavour - you could have a bad experience if purchasing without guidance.
I was happy to find Sorakami. Sorakami has a great variety of Sake as well as a great filter to help an inexperienced Sake drinker, like myself, find the perfect bottle for their preference (cold and sweet for me).
They were super helpful when contacted and responded immediately.
Will be returning again and again.

I have only recently discovered Sorakami for my sake purchasing and can only but recommend. The range, safe packaging, presentation, prompt delivering & delicious liquor (especially the tasting packs) from this company is excellent!!! I can't wait to try out my next order early in January.

I have been SO IMPRESSED with Sorakami and cannot stop recommending them to people! Their subscription service is such a fun way of experiencing a whole world of Sake we never knew existed. Not only that, but the team are SO NICE and helpful, something that has really made a different to our overall experience with the company.
