Unfortunately my experience with Sosoftbeds isn't a positive one. I needed a bed urgently and told them that i would only purchase the bed if they guarantee that it will be delivered on time. They confirmed that, as I didn't need a head board, it would be possible as long as I place the order straight away.
So i ordered a king size ottoman bed. The day before the due delivery I had not heard from the delivery company so I contacted Sosoft Beds. They are impossible to get hold of. The land-line does not get answered, you can't leave a message because their voicemail is full. I found a WhatsApp and a chat link and eventually got a call back hours later and was told sorry it won't be delivered tomorrow but will be delivered the day after between 8am and 10am.
Then I get a message trom the delivery company to say we just got your bed and we will contact you over the next 72hrs to arrange delivery. Not only the bed was delivered 5 days later than expected but it's faulty. There's a missing part and I can't bolt the piston to the bed. I sent them pictures of the issue, managed to speak to someone on the phone and I get sent the wrong part.
I have now contacted citizens advice and will follow up with the Ombudsman if need be.

The only place I could find with extra deep storage beds. Just as described, good quality and a nice finish

Construction of bed excellent. Good quality got price.
The delivery process needs some improvement. Better communication needed would have improved this.

The customer service agent called Adam was very helpful and guided me through the ordering process. He was calm, patient, friendly, and professional. To be honest it was because of his attention to detail that I decided to go with SOsoftbeds rather than another bed company. Thank you Marisa

First timer buying storage bases and I've been researching for about 1.5yrs on a good reliable bed company to buy from. These guys were brilliant. They delivered early (what a rarity!) so by 10am, I was putting items away to declutter the room.

Highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely beautiful bed. So pleased with the style and storage perfect for my daughter.
Although wasn't 100% clear on when delivery was going to be. Exactly three weeks ordered until delivery, would have been helpful to have a bit more time to arrange collection for delivery. Instead of the day before.
Unfortunately, the Gas Pistons are seized and we could not get them to work. Need to contact company to send out a replacement.

Product was great and as ordered,no complaints about workmanship at all but delivery longer than stated on website and no email after the initial message to say it was with delivery warehouse to advise of delay. Communication avenues not great though to get in touch with So Soft beds for update, telephone number goes straight to voicemail but couldn't leave a message as the mailbox was already full, eventually found a WhatsApp link and contacted that way. Delivery guys were great though. Would give 4 and a half stars if possible, only communication that let it down slightly.

We got an ottoman bed which is very nice and all as described. Pistons are hard, so my daughter (12 years old) who sleeps on the bed or my wife could not close it. It looks great, was manufactured and delivered within the timeframes stated on the website, delivery was great as well. The reason which I gave it 4 stars is lack of communication. After initial email that we have received your order there was nothing for couple of weeks. After 2 weeks I have emailed them and got no reply. However my wife called them few days after that, and they said that it has been manufactured and will be delivered in a few days which indeed all happened as they said and we got email just before the delivery. So improve order communication process and reply to emails and you will get 5 stars.

There was a fault with the bed but attempts to contact the company were met with silence. Eventually I had to go through a S75 claim with my credit card supplier to get the money back.

I started off with ordering some fabric samples which was easily done via the website and they arrived very quickly, which made tying in other colour and fabric choices very easy.

Once I'd made the final decision of exactly what I wanted, ordering it up was just as straightforward. I did have a query regarding one of my possible fabric choices, but this was very quickly and easily resolved with the online chat facility – so often these are just a gimmick, but this one was properly monitored and so I got my answers pretty much instantly.

Having ordered the bed, it was about a 10 day wait for delivery and the actual delivery process was as smooth as you like. The guys called ahead and arrived bang on time, then manoeuvred it into the house with any dramas at all.

I'd chosen to put the bed bed together myself – it's an ottoman with end lift. The instruction on the website were nice and clear and the whole thing was done in just a few minutes. The only tricky bit I found was locating the holes for attaching the headboard – a sticker or two might have been of help here! All in all though, it was a very easy and quick process.

The guys were spot on from ordering to delivery. I’ve got a heavy US queen mattress which is slightly larger than a king size frame. The salesman was patient with me to talk me through design options for the custom made ottoman so it wouldn’t overhang the frame. Placed the order then had a change of heart with the headrest, called up and it was no problem for them. Simple update and move on. Delivery guys were great too and appeared to be tried and tested by sosoft beds which was good. They called in advance to give an eta heads up and got on with the delivery when the arrived sorted the balance payment without any fuss. This was exactly what you think should happen when buying and having a bed delivered but often lacking with other equivalents.

Samples received quickly, so I could make an informed choice.

2 weeks later the bed was delivered and it meets all expectations. Beautiful bed.

There was a slight hiccup with the payment on delivery due to bed being delivered on a Sunday as I only received a text the day before, so could not not sort out cash on delivery.

However with all of that, delivery men were great and accommodating and we worked around this issue.

Would definitely recommend this company and their beds.

There were a few parts missing but the Sosoftbeds team send them very quickly so we were generally very satisfied!
