There were a few parts missing but the Sosoftbeds team send them very quickly so we were generally very satisfied!

Well what can I say, Umar contacted me after seeing my review. I sent the photos of the bed again, now I've not even got a response. Ombudsman here I come.

Unfortunately the ottoman bed I paid for was over a £1000 and it was not as expected. The workmanship of my bed is not the best, it's unacceptable and I would like someone to respond to my emails.

I have written to the company quite a few times regarding the issue I raised some months ago and I have been ignored.

I requested compensation and nothing has transpired. I am now going to take this matter further.

Customer service isn't great. Had to chase for an update on the delivery, when it did come, it was missing 2 bolts, of which I am still waiting for delivery of 4 weeks later. I was told these were sent out next day on 3 different occasions but are still yet to arrive. This has meant we have not been able to use the ottoman function since having the bed, which was the sole reason for the purchase so very disappointed. Besides the above, the other aspects of putting the bed together were very easy, just a shame we can't use it to its full potential!

As yet I haven't placed a order for my new bed, it's only fabric swatches that I've received since I am still having work done; however my swatches arrived promptly and my queries asked via WhatsApp were also answered in a timely fashion therefore there's nothing to fault to date.

Bed selection and ordering were fairly straightforward - slight issue when buying an ottoman base, you need to check weight of mattress and upgrade gas struts if necessary. Mattress weight is not listed on website so had to make separate enquiry before order could be placed. Very prompt service and super pleased with bed and mattress.

Unbelievable that I am even being asked to make a review. I paid 50 deposit for a bespoke size bed and received one phone call wherein asked them to make sure the dimensions were correct. I have yet to receive any further response and no idea if the bed is even coming.

High quality purchase, delivered in a timely fashion and very helpful delivery drivers.

After purchased we were told delivery to Isle of wight (which ISNT the channel islands or anywhere close) would be £300 even though on thier delivery map it was zone 4 which was £60 for delivery. They refunded stating g they would let us know when they could get someone to deliver. No courier found we stated not to bother and went else where.

I placed an order well over a month ago now, not heard anything since and they have taken the money out my account! Rang and left countless voicemails, lots of emails in unanswered! Managed to get hold of Adam on WhatsApp who said my delivery would arrive at the end of the week! Obviously it never arrived and now I can’t get a hold of anyone?

I would really appreciate if someone from Sosoftbeds would contact me, otherwise I am going to have to report this seller to trading standards and contact my bank too!

Comfy bed with lots of storage. Delivered promptly and installed in upstairs bedroom by polite and helpful delivery team.

Great experience from start to finish exactly what i wanted. One of the gliders was slightly out of line when fitted but worked out perfectly as i didn't want a headboard and it stopped the bed rubbing the wall. Would definitely use this company again.

Bought a king size ottoman storage bed base only on 6 June 2023. After a failed delivery, the second attempt was successful; however, the bed base was delivered but with no legs, clips, screws, etc. I accepted the order in good faith as I was promised they would be delivered shortly thereafter. I have chased for a couple of weeks when Adam said they would be delivering the next day. Waited another week and on 6 July I received some cheap chrome legs instead of the expensive metals ones I paid for, 2 clips were included but I have not tested those yet, and screws for the gas pistons are still missing. With an order scheduled for delivery on 17 June, I find myself still with no useful bed. Too bad as the base quality looks okay but service is appalling. My emails and calls are being ignored. Awful experience, particularly as I paid for all the extra services including assembling the bed so that I would not stress. I had expected a better service for a base bed thats costs over £800. As at today, the base still cannot be used.

Ordered but hadn't had confirmation email. Rang the no on the website but mailbox was full. Must admit I thought 'oh no'
Then 30 mins later Adam called and reassured that my bed was ready and due to be collected by courier later that week.
From there everything went wonderfully smooth.
The bed came and I was apprehensive about the build but it is beautiful.

Just what I ordered and wanted.
The bed is sturdy and stylish. The only negative I would leave is that there were no fitting instructions. Wasn't a problem as I'd had a similar king size bed in our main bedroom from
