Went to order a pair of JBL platinum series PC speakers but by the time my order went through, they had been sold. The manager only had a pair of demo speakers left in stock and the original box had been misplaced but he offered them to me and from the time of phoning my order in and delivery was 48 hrs. Quick and efficient service and the delivery person could be tracked on his rounds. Will use this site again and recommend it to any of my friends. The speakers work perfectly and only show a slight touch of colour fade. For a demo pair I cannot complain about the quality of the casings and the sound is as crisp as a brand new pair.

Ordered 2 Celestion drivers fitted them and tested before connecting to an amp found to be open circuit rang them to explain and immediately confronted by a very rude person who didn't even want to listen to the fact they could possibly be faulty instead said I am sending back old diaphragms in new drivers my ones are 6 or more years old to which he said they ordered 4 and it seems strange how the other 2 are fine even thou mine have been couriered together so the out come is me as a customer has been called a liar before they have even seen the faulty components to which I now they want me to spend £50 having them recorded delivery sent back which I think is unacceptable for a faulty supplied goods I will never use them again and not hesitate to inform anyone if they look to buy anything from them

I've got a 10 year old 50" Sony Vega, and through troubleshooting guide realised the lamp had gone, managed to get it out of the tv and thought i'll have a go at replacing it, ordered the lamp from S&V, delievred within 48 hours by well packaged signed for post, and took me an hour to successfully install - glad i ordered it and fixed my tv myself, hope this lamp lasts 10 years like the initial one did.

I have been receiving goods in double the time quoted by a well known on-line company, and then get a next-day from these people. Unexpected but very welcome.

Top quick delivery and good product. I have serious bad experiences with Lamps-4-less, also buying a DLP-lamp. Compared to them, this company makes me a happy internetbuyer again. The lamp was send within a few days, no backorder or wrong types send, like at L4less.

I ordered a reconditioned projector from Sound and Vision which arrived promptly the next morning and was very well packaged, with plenty of bubble wrap etc.

The projector works brilliantly and I was particularly impressed to be supplied with a brand new VA cable and a disc copy of the instruction manual.

My only very slight irk was the sticky marks on the remote control - no issue as they came off easily with a baby wipe but it would have been nice if that had been done at the store.

Overall though I was delighted and will definitely be using the site again for future purchases, projector and otherwise.

goods delivered quickly and in perfect condition

I ordered a projector lamp from this company. After a week it stopped working. I emailed them to ask for their advice and they said they had never heard of me. I copied the receipt in on my reply email and they didn't reply. This is not a company to trust, in my opinion.
