They had the TV in stock. Was the cheapest price even with delivery costs, and was delivered promptly on the day. What more is there?

Ordered my replacement projector bulb Monday afternoon for 2-3 day free delivery, Sound and Vision provided plenty of email feedback about the order progress and the bulb arrived on Wednesday.
I bought a third party 'compatible' bulb, not Panasonic original, and it fits my projector perfectly and works as expected. Colour balance is as per the Panasonic bulb it replaces

I ordered a replacement bulb for my SAGEM HD TV around Christmas time. This arrived after some time, sadly damaged (cracked) in the post. After contacting Sound and Vision, they thankfully put this to rights.

After returning the damaged item with a cover letter, Sound and Vision ensured that a new bulb was sent out to me within a few days. It did take quite a few days to get things sorted out, however seeing as it was over the Christmas period, this was to be expected. My TV is now back to its' old self. Thanks S&V!

My only grudge after a good service is that my camera came with a scratch on the metal surround which really leaps out at you on a pale blue van. Posting it back by recorded delivery made it more money than I wanted to spend. Too late once you have received it. I think a bit of quality control and the offer of costs covered to return (it's not my fault it's damaged) wouldn't go a miss?
Shame, stops you from wanting to recommend to others.

Second time of using sound & vision, cheapest site i could find (again) and the service was fantastic, again. Yes i would use the again.

Purchased a stock clearance item, which promptly broke down a few days after the end of its 28 day warranty and is now unusable.

I ordered the goods on Friday and they were with me on the following Monday. Not only the Bulb that I ordered but also a pair of rubber gloves and a needed fuse to reset the bulb life timer on my TV.

Great service at a good price.
