I have a Pension portfolio with Sourced Capital. I am quite a cautious investor and the due diligence report that they provide for each individual project gives me with the basis to do my own due diligence. The typical investment returns are 8-12%, very good for the level of risk and which are generally secured against a first charge. I also like the one to one communications and updates I get from John Wilson in addition to the webinars that are well presented at the launch of each project. Overall a great service and good returns. Having said this, these investments do carry high risks to capital so do your due diligence.

I've recently made 3 investments from my SSAS account through Sourced Capital, all of which will be providing a good return on investment. I've mostly dealt with John Wilson and he was very helpful in providing answers to all my questions before I decided to proceed. So far so good, lets see what the future holds!

Sourced is unique in the P2P marketplace for property-backed loans. They come from a property development background. The team have years of direct property development experience. And in addition, they only offer loans from their franchisees, who they have trained in property development, and who they support on a continuing basis, right through the loan period. I really like this business model. It significantly reduces my risk.
