Sourgum showed up on time. Driver placed dumpster exactly as I requested. Fortunately the same Driver came back to remove the dumpster. Driver was obviously very experienced, professional and personable. Highly recommend this Company.

I asked for a 20-yard dumpster to…
I asked for a 20-yard dumpster to replace a 30-yard dumpster that was already full. They sent me another 30-yard dumpster. I said I had asked for a 20-yard dumpster and they said I could use the 30-yard dumpster without any problems because it was their fault. Then they charged me $435.60 for 0.51 tons, which was over the limit of the 20-yard dumpster, plus the $700 for the 20-yard dumpster that was ordered. In other words, I paid $1,135.60 for a $900 dumpster. I do not recommend this company!

Thank you for providing feedback on your rental. I want to clarify that there was no additional charge for the 30 yd we swapped on site. You were charged for the 20 yd and received a 30 YD at no additional cost. The large overage was in your original 30 YD rental , where you went over 2.42 tons over the included 3 tons. We do have to pass along overage charges as it is the weight of the materials placed in the container that is paid by us to the disposal facility. We want to assure you that our weight calculations are based on the official weight tickets provided by state-regulated facilities. These facilities adhere to strict regulations and employ certified scale masters who ensure the accuracy and reliability of the weighing process. We rely on their expertise and equipment to determine the weight of the waste being disposed of. A copy of the ticket was sent you upon the completion of your rental.
Please do not hesitate to contact us! We are committed to addressing your concerns and hope to provide a better experience next time.

We need a dumpster dropped off for a night job ASAP. They did it next night. When we filled We panicked. Sourgum said no dig deal. They came back again next night and dropped off another one.
They staid on top of it, even off hour they reached out.
If they didn't do it, the job would have never been done. We will use Sourgum on every job without question. Thank you Christian

I would not recommend this dumpster company. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. The dumpster was delivered late on both jobs, and when it finally arrived, it was placed in the wrong spot despite clear instructions. They also hung up many times and were rude during phone calls. Gabriela, was very rude in particular. Communication was poor — getting in touch with anyone for updates or support was frustrating and time-consuming. On top of that, they tacked on hidden fees that were never explained upfront, making the final bill much higher than expected. Overall, unreliable and disappointing experience.

The trip charge was waived the first time, and upon attempting service again, we arrived on location there were materials blocking again. The charges you have incurred were for the wasted trip the second time. I will have to review placement instructions provided and I will speak to the team about the gaps in communication. I attempted to reach out and left a voicemail, to talk about your experience and how we could have served you better.

communication was good for timing of the dumpster. Person that dropped it off was good and put it in correct location. The only Item we were not pleased with was the bottom of the dumpster had black liquid that really smelled bad. Since we walked in the dumpster while loading we covered that black whatever with material to prevent from tracking that awful smell into our home. I know it is a dumpster but it would be nice if Sourgum hosed out the dumpster when the previous customer mucked it up with something smelly.

Sourgum was excellent! The least expensive and when they picked up the dumpster, they were kind enough to throw in some items that we didn’t have time to throw in! I was amazed when I got home and saw they had cleaned up everything! Great service!
