Professional Problem solvers
Both delivery and pickup were not easy tasks. The drivers were amazing and professional. Ordering online was quick and easy. The only challenge was the restrictions on such things as an old dishwasher and paint cans and a mattress.

On time services and good price
Sourgum delivery person is respectful of the property and always on time. Sourgum personnel answers inquiries quickly. Compared to other service providers, the price is good, especially considering that the dumpsters have a portable potty, making it easy for the workers to stay on site. Today we had our third round of dump-and -return. I Highly recommend them.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations!
Sourgum waste was very professional and quick to respond to all my questions. Alison was top tier. Even the gentleman who dropped off the dumpster was so kind and explained how to operate the opening and filling of the dumpster. The price was very reasonable even when I had to extend it 4 days and even when I went over, I thought it was going to be an astronomical amount but it was not! I would recommend them 1000 times over!

Thank you for your feedback Terrence, We do try our best to acommodate changes in materials as they come up. When you originally rented this container it was for construction materials. Upon our first pick up attempt we saw it was filled to the brim with concrete and mixed trash. Clean concrete bins are typically taken at a flat rate to recycling facilities to save the customer money by not paying by the weight of the materials. In order to take it to one of these facilities, we advised you that it would need to have only concrete inside along with having to be leveled off. You agreed to level it off and remove the non concrete items. We came to remove it and the facility that processes the concrete rejected the material and had to seperate the non concrete items resulting in a contamination that was passed along and communicated to you.

This may be the best companies on earth, I just called the company and bingo the dumpster appeared the next day, and then I called and spoke to what may have been the sweetest sounding young lady I have ever dealt with, and just like that it was picked up!

Dumpster arrived
Dumpster arrived two days late, when it came time to remove the dumpster which was to be removed on 6-21 had to call 3 times and finally it was removed on 6-25 will not recommend this company to anyone.

Picked up the dumpster 6 days late
Picked up the dumpster 6 days late, had to contact them multiple times to get it removed. Price was reasonable but won't be using again due to unreliable customer service. Recommend using a local service instead.

Thank you for your feedback, Baruch. After reviewing your case I see that we had come to an agreement on the price of the 20 YD as dispatch was out of 30 YD containers at the time, we offered to switch it out the following day, or you could use the discounted 20. You chose to go with the discounted 20 and went over the included weight of 2 tons by 1.54 tons. We do have to pass along overage charges as it is the weight of the materials placed in the container that is paid by us to the disposal facility. We want to assure you that our weight calculations are based on the official weight tickets provided by state-regulated facilities. These facilities adhere to strict regulations and employ certified scale masters who ensure the accuracy and reliability of the weighing process. We rely on their expertise and equipment to determine the weight of the waste being disposed of. A copy of the ticket was sent you upon the completion of your rental.
Please do not hesitate to contact us! We are committed to addressing your concerns and hope to provide a better experience next time.
