Divorcing a non-engaging partner.
I was advised on the importance of using a mediator prior to filing. Although I walked in fed-up and hoping for an immediate file of divorce (which I knew was impossible anyway), MsSousa was very patient with me and gave me the best advice on the basis of her experience. I walked out lifted and trusting that my best interests were being served ultimately and this was my best option. Ms Sousa is very thoughtful and in touch with the importance of approaching things from an amicable place and establishing. harmonious process for children. I am not done, but with Ms Sousa, I trust we will get there!

Having, for a variety of reasons, failed to obtain a divorce in France, it was with some trepidation that I approached Sousalaw. I need not have worried as from the first contact with them, Kelvin Mugariri, I was placed in capable and sympathetic hands.

My divorce is now finalised, any delay having been the result of outside agencies and not Sousalaw itself. Throughout the, inevitably, difficult situation everyone with whom I dealt was professional and quick to respond to my questions. Most of my dealings were with Cathy Sousa who, throughout, was both knowledgeable, patient and understanding. It was a nice, if unplanned, touch that my first and last dealings with the firm were with Kelvin.

After already receiving excellent service earlier in the year, I returned to get further advice and assistance. I met with Emma Sanders, who was fantastic. I went in with several worries, and lots of questions... Emma was quick to offer understanding and supply all the facts needed, followed by a suggested course of action and offer of further help.
