From my initial phone call enquiry with Kelvin through to the actual consultation with Kim, I can honestly say they are truly wonderful. Incompetent from start to finish. Purchase of property documents with wrong price and address on. Also asked for deed poll and will to be completed as part of the transaction. Did the deed poll but they still get my name wrong. Utterly useless when dealing with legal queries, you would be better off with advice from the local drunk in the pub.
