SACP is the longest serving car park for Southend Airport. We are also the only off-site car park at Southend that holds the Park Mark award accredited by Essex Police. We take pride in the Park & Ride and Meet & Greet services we offer and will do our utmost to make sure every one of our customers is highly satisfied with our service. We believe that a Happy customer is a repeat customer. We offer a convenient Park and Ride service that is the shortest for a Southend Airport car park, being a 3 - 4 minute transfer mini-bus ride to the main terminal doors, and our mini-buses leave when you want to, so no waiting around. Also to save even more time we offer a Meet and Greet service that is second to none. Have your car waiting for you as you walk out of the terminal and be off home quicker than if you used Southend Airports own onsite Car Park.

Utterly shocked at purple parking at…
Utterly shocked at purple parking at Southend airport I returned to my car with a large crack on my windscreen which was not there before because any damage is documented, wrote a complaint form to be told they don’t cover windscreens which it’s utterly shocking because they caused the damage and now havnt got a response stay well clear !!!!

If you read there reply they keep saying discussion through email blah blahhh after emailing them again after there reply they still do not reply to my emails absolute phoneys !!!
They will ruin your car then just ignore all contact apart from a reply on trustpitot acting like they are a good company !!!

Thank you for leaving feedback Mr Lynch. As discussed in our email conversations, we do cover windscreens and would pay to repair or replace a windscreen IF the damage was caused by our negligence. Again as mentioned to you in our emails, this large chip point which is where the crack occurred from was not caused whilst parked in our car park. Our staff go no faster than 5 mph in our car park which makes it impossible for a vehicle in front to flick a stone, etc up to cause a crack in a windscreen, our whole car park is tarmac so there is no loose stones to flick up. We do damage checks on every vehicle, but im sure you can appreciate for us to see a chip in a windscreen in the pitch black at 4am is a hard task and sometimes we can miss little bits of damage.

Excellent Service
This is the second time we have used Southend Airport Car Park and can highly recommend them.
The staff are friendly and very efficient.
When we returned from holiday this time our car wouldn't start and I think it was Darren was excellent and helped us get it going again.

I have used SACP a few times now on…
I have used SACP a few times now on average 2 or 3 times a year.
They are the best company for service and reliability I have ever encountered. The drivers are always polite and helpful. On my last trip this week I had left my phone in the car and the driver came back to the airport with it within 15 minutes.. I am planning another 2 or 3 trips for later in the year and will not hesitate to use this company again.

Does the job!
Small but never seems to be full up, can always get parked without booking. Its very open, anyone can just walk through amongst the cars but there is CCTV and usually taxi rank attendants around. 30-second walk and you're in the terminal building, which is perfect. Worth noting everything is flat so you won't struggle with your cases etc!
No alternatives for miles.

Excellent service.
Excellent service, staff were very friendly and helpful, I chose to use there service as I wanted to leave the car in a secure place, were it was not going to get knock by doors with how tight parking spaces are theses days, I just called then 15 minutes before I get there and same on return, the car was ready, definitely will be booking with THEM AGAIN.
