Dont bother with this company. If you need to move somewhere they are the best but if you have any problems afterwards it's a complete nightmare.

Fantastic Service
If you are looking for a management agent that really look after your property then you won’t be disappointed with Southernbrook.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. They look after both tenants and landlords to a high standard and as a client they have the personal touch of knowing you and your property when you call.
They are backed up by The Houserack team who deal with all repairs and maintenance issues extremely efficiently.
You really are in safe hands with Southernbrook. They publish regular newsletters with information of changing rules and regs and the Team are well qualified. I wouldn’t put my properties anywhere else.
