I can't say enough good things about the crew at Southfork, Nick, Tyler, Martin, Henry and Joel are all awesome. The sales service is 2nd to none, having a dilemma on what to get that suited the type of riding I do, they talked me through the various options and once I chose the bike I wanted they offered a great deal, they ordered in some extra kit I wanted then set up the bike with great attention to detail. A true local bike shop run by riders who know. - Thanks guys :-)

Initially I thought this seemed like a good company, I ordered a bike online and then followed up with a phone call as I didn't receive a confirmation email. I also checked with them that they had that bike in stock in the exact spec. So at that point I stopped searching for a new bike and awaited notification of it was being sent. Suddenly on the day of dispatch I get a call saying bad news thay haven't got the ladies bike after all. So as you can imagine I was very cross, no apology and no immediate refund. So not a great experience and surely after I phoned to check they had the correct bike they should have checked properly!! So be warned they take your money immediately, but the bike may have never been in stock.

I searched for and found a pair of winter cycling gloves online over the weekend and placed an order that also included £4.99 delivery charge, this morning I was emailed a receipt of purchase but now I've received an email stating that they won't honour the price and they've cancelled the order. The gloves are in stock in the size I ordered but the price has more than doubled. And now they've emailed to say it was a different version of the gloves that were at the higher price, which after checking the manufacturers website is just a plain lie. Absolutely disgraceful

Had never heard of this company before making an online purchase from their website. Great communication and item arrived 36 hours later. Would happily recommend.

Set off on a ride and noticed that my Di2 gears were not working efficiently. I was going past the store and popped in to see whether anyone could help. Martin was excellent and had me back out on the road in a jiffy! Excellent service that reminds me to make sure we keep going back to our local bike shop

Absolutely brilliant company. I ordered a waterproof jacket on a Thursday afternoon, on the assumption that it would turn up on the following Monday. Not only were southfork racing the cheapest stockist around, the jacket was delivered the following day (Friday). Brilliant service. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!
