Very pleased with how quickly the survey was organised and well worth the money. Due to the survey results, we found issues we wouldn't have spotted during the viewing which saved us a lot of future expense! The survey results are clear and detailed with a traffic light grading which was easy to understand.

Brilliant service by Jackie
Jackie was so helpful and thanks to her doing preliminary checks on a property she found out it had suffered subsidence which hadn’t been declared. So I did not buy that property and Jackie has now done a very in-depth survey on the property I am now buying. Plus got the survey in two days, brilliant service.

Excellent Service
Jackie undertook a Level 2 survey on a residential property I am purchasing. This was done quickly within a week of my request and the report produced equally quickly. The report was comprehensive, professionally done with photos included and helpfully identified areas of potential work. This survey report was far superior to previous surveys I have had done in the recent past and I was impressed by her use of a drone in the survey. I would highly recommend this company to others and would unequivocally use again should that be required.
