Harriet sent me a surprise card filled with her gorgeous face masks when I recently had a shocking diagnosis. I used them on the run up to my surgery as a comforting hug when I couldn’t sleep & afterwards when I needed to rest during the day. They truly are amazing & Harriet is just the most caring soul.

I always give Spacemasks as a baby shower gift to help new mums whilst in hospital, they’re ideal! Also give out as Secret Santa presents and I use myself when I feel a migraine coming and I need to have lunch time nap to get through the rest of the day! I love my Spacemasks. They’re great for headaches and for tired, sore eyes that have had too much screen time. My eyes always feel refreshed and clear after I’ve used one, and I highly recommend them to anyone with tired eyes. They’re great!

When sleep is a distant memory, try one, I was very kindly sent some and was able to go to sleep and stay asleep for the first time in almost one year !

Have been using spacemasks for years now and there is nothing better to send me off to sleep or help relieve a migraine in my opinion. If there was a score of 10 I would give it. Also Harriet is beyond brilliant in every way so go give her a follow on instagram!

My first time in trying a space mask and I will never now be without them, it will be the very first thing I grab when I need to relax, and let go of the day, it soothed the entire area around my eyes, even my eyebrows, sinus area and temples, it really is like a hug ! So so clever Harriet!!! You’ve made many people so happy!

I had an issue with delivery - no ones fault - just bad luck. Owner Harriet was really responsive and sorted it all out very promptly. So I cant comment on the product (although I gather the masks are fab) but can say customer service was 10/10 - thanks Harriet X

Such a great idea, wouldn't be without one. Aids restful sleep, and smells divine.

I don’t normally leave reviews but after having this mask for a year and finally using it today it’s a brilliant product! Heated up within minutes and i felt so relaxed. The false reviews for the other company who have a similar name should be removed. I am off to order a full pack

I am disappointed with my recent purchase from Spacemask. As a loyal customer since 2022, I have always been satisfied with the Jasmine perfumed Spacemasks. However, my latest order was unsatisfactory.

The batch I received had no fragrance whatsoever, despite being purchased at a premium price. The absence of the signature Jasmine scent was extremely disappointing and detracted from the overall experience.

Additionally, I have contacted Spacemask 10 days ago with my feedback but have received no response. The lack of communication and resolution is frustrating.
