The mold issue in my room was not…
It was a nice setup, but the team should work better on following up. The mold issue in my room was not effectively resolved. And there wasn't frequent weekly cleaning like was promised. When the was, it was mostly lazily done. Thanks.

I would happily recommend this company to anyone. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They have very reasonable policies and the process is very simple, straightforward and fast. Any questions/problems/concerns I did have, I rang them up - they answered every single time and very very efficient and helpful in solving my problems and clarifying any questions. Great company.

I liked the response rate to any enquireies we had during our stay, furthermore the speed at which problems were solved was also great. Location was great as it it rather central and can travel anywhere with minimal duration. Also enjoyed the individuals that I shared the flat with.

Too many ridiculously high fees for delayed rent, room check, room, leave check, I cleaned my room and yet I was asked for £75 fees. overall not happy at all.

Very quick and accommodating
My friend and I will be moving to London from Canada in April. I was impressed with how quick and painless the process was to secure our place, especially from overseas! I would definitely recommend using Spaces if you are searching for a London flat from a distance.
Josh was the representative who worked with us. He was very helpful throughout the process and was quick to answer all of our questions. He was friendly, kind and very accommodating to our unique situation. We are at ease knowing that we have someone like Josh taking care of us during our time living at our new flat.
