I gave you a 5 based on the quality of the spar bar.But your customer service would get a 1. I have been involved with boxing for over 50 years both as a boxer, coach and gym owner. I run a high school boxing program and I purchased two for team they are loving them.

I have sent numerous emails on a black friday 40% discount that Jazz your owner says I was due. never received ANYTHING or response

I posted on trustpilot a few weeks back talking about how the website was a scam due to my order not being shipped for 3 months. I was completely wrong about this company and it's as legit as any other company out there. Customer service really helped me once they heard about my issue, they explained that there was some inventory issues which is understandable, they provided me with extras to make up for the delay. I've now had my spar bar for 2 weeks now and I love it!

Absolute horrible service. I purchased a black compact sparbar on November 19 2019. I got an email saying in a day or so I'll recieve tracking information. Its Decemeber 11th now and still nothing. I contacted spar bar through multiple emails with no response. All the phone calls I have placed have never been answered. Feel like I was robbed of over 400$ STAY AWAY!

I paid for a white sparbar 3 months ago and they still haven’t shipped it. It said I would receive in 3-5 days. I’ve sent multiple emails and left multiple messages with no response. Stay away as they will just steal your money and not answer you!

Amazing tool that helps not just to improve your boxing skills but fitness too ! Great cardio workout ! Highly recommend !

Great product and an excellent tool to vary your boxing training
Don’t fall for cheaper inferior copy’s of the Official sparbar
You will he left disappointed and out of pocket

Such a genius idea - really well made and tested!

Been in the boxing game along time and have seen plenty of new products come and go claiming to revolutionise the training game when they’re little more than gimmicks. But the spar bar is what they’re saying, it is the first tool that’s been able to bring what it’s like actually boxing into the training, the whole concept of being switched on defensively while attacking and staying switched on for the whole round is ingrained into you with the spar bar.

This equipment saved my boxing career and changed my life, amazing what a product can do and this equipment can turn you into the champ you know you can be ! If the coach hasn’t got the time, if the sparring partner is a no show, even if the gym is closed the sparbar is always there ! #believestriveachieve 💯👑

Spar bar is a wicked piece ov kit ,,,,good for timing , reaction s ,rythem,,, accuracy helps keep guard up and is really good fun ,,,must have in a gym for me ,,,,sparbar is the original brand ,,, don't get fakes 🤔get wat ya pay for
