Terrible customer feed back
I was one of the first people to purchase the spar bar in the UK
It lasted long enough if you didn't hot the ball at the top hard which you always get some silly person that will
The swinging bar broke of in the last few months , I seen on their page that you could buy the spar bar head only with a picture including the spar bar.
I paid £189.99 for this product
The only thing I was sent was the ball head at the top.
They were quick enough to send me this out , but since I have responded multiple times on the issue that has happemd , they have never responded, to tell me how much the bar is
Or even how I can send the useless head back
I'm stuck with the head that is usually never hit will using the spar bar.
