Purchased Sparbar Pro 6.0 White to help with my boxing journey although more expensive than the standard model have to say worth the money. Really well made and superb quality. All in all no complaints fast delivery and look forward to sharing my continued progress.

Took forever to get to us, about 6 months instead of the 2 weeks it said on the website

Got the gen 5, now the bag at the top is shooting out puffs of shredded cotton whenever you hit it and moves up and down the pole, no matter how much I duct tape it it won't stop

I cannot believe I paid so much. This company is an absolute joke and should be ashamed of themselves

Been to death bar a few times but the ambience is never really on point. I liked the style and decor though and the seating is of good quality.

Where do I start? Ordered it in February 2021, arrived in August 2021. Product was faulty straight out the box. The spring (which doesn't work like it should) was bent at the top so the ball on top isn't straight. Hardly used this product and the arm snapped. Not on a joint or moving part but the actual metal has snapped like it's made of tin foil. Sent them an email about it, was asked to send them my order number which I did 6 weeks ago and no reply. I was also told my order would be upgraded to a better model.....it was thr same 1 I ordered. Most delusional company I've ever bought anything from, they're an embarrassment! Avoid at all costs

They sent me a sparbar with no assembly instructions and missing an M6 Grub Screw. When I was asking them questions about buying it, I would get a response on the same day. But after sales support is terrible. The customer service team isn't responding to me about my missing screw. Imagine when you have a warranty fault?? I like that my country protects buyers from scammers like these, so I'm going to start a dispute with them.

***Edit*** the customer service team were responding to me, but I didn't see it because they were going to my junk/spam folder for reason. Regardless they still acted very professional and friendly. Great company, great CEO! Jazz even personally made sure I was getting the missing part. He didn't need to do that because Eve (from support) was already taking care of my issue. Dam I feel dumb lol.

Ordered through the Amazon spacebar with an extra charge (40$) to get two-day delivery before thanksgiving as a present.

The order was placed on the 19th and it was promised to be delivered no later than Wednesday 24th(possibly a day earlier). I patiently waited, time flew fast. Now in here, because Amazon says that the good wasn't even shipped to them over all of this period and I think won't any time soon.

I tried to reach them through the Amazon messages a few days ago and yesterday - silence. I called them multiple times but through the whole day - they hang me down saying "the line is busy". I tried to reach them through Instagram and their email, yet again - silence.

I don't know what to say. Maybe their service is way better in the UK and the US branch is an exception. However, what hurts me the most is not that I paid an extra 40$ for "nothing", not because they are in the silent mod, not because in case of refund I won't get back the tax cost which I had to pay which is not cheap, but the TIME.

I hope that everything will be sorted out and the company will keep up with a standard price=quilaty so that I won't get a damaged product as it was in the review below.

I will keep this review updated once it will all be settled.

Ps. The problem is solved, everything is good. The issue as far as I understand was that because of the pandemic and high demand they send their sparbars straight from the manufacture therefore it takes a bit longer to deliver. Again, I will keep this review updated once I it will be delivered^^
