Great Product - Customer Service needs work
As an overall service I applied 3 stars.
This is mainly due to the customer service after purchase. I understand there would be difficulties in delivery during lockdown but there were no notifications, only a note about receiving the item within a week of purchase.
A month later I finally, and gratefully, received the item.
The item came packaged exactly as described. Easy to assemble (though if filling with sand, don't go cheap and buy wet sand as you'll spend an entire weekend filling it through the small hole in the base...ahem)!!
The SPARBAR is an excellent item! Great for training at home to practice your attack and defence work. I would recommend this to anyone.
Great for all abilities, young and old (got my family hooked). A great alternative to putting up a bag, though more for skill than power.

My SPARBAR was delivered to Athens (Greece) within a couple of days. The assembly was super fast and easy - I could enjoy doing some punches right away. I have not had any boxing training before, but find it truly intuitive. I find videos online from other users to inspire my moves. Also Sparbar announced they will publish some training videos soon - looking forward to those 💥🥊

My experience is great, but I need help
My experience is great, I haven’t been able to get a hold of you guys, one of the smallest screws we’re missing from the box. 2 of them were supposed to be included but the other one wasn’t. I need this resolved.

Product needs better quality…
Product needs better quality improvements.
1. make a ball bearing swivel for the bar
2. Punching bag is too high
3. Spar Bar rattles and moves too much, improving the swivel on the bar will help this problem.

Sparbar works really well
