Gloria was amazing, and easy to work with, as was her coworker (Gina?). I give them both 5 ⭐️ for their professionalism and assistance. Unfortunately, the computer system is a mess and took a long time to process the reservation. Also, a customer should not have to pay separate admin fees when they are renting multiple units at the same time.

Horrible, the unit was ozod for on June and I have to wait for the access code and init number because the unit was paid for online after hours and the office is closed in Sunday.

I needed a storage in Lufkin tx payed online through sparefoot and they reserved and processed my payment for a storage that is 9 hours away from where I searched and the location I picked, when I contacted the storage to inform them that this was a mistake they informed me I had to reach out to sparefoot so I do and sparefoot gave me the runaround on my money being refunded amd whete it will be refunded from for 3 days and during this time I had to expend my U-Haul rental costing me over $900 for the U-Haul so not only was I $requesting a refund for $120 for the unit they processed 9hrs away but I also had to come out of pocket $900 for the U-Haul and here if is 30 days later and I still have not received my refund I highly recommend that you do not book through sparefoot if a mistake happens you will not get your money back

He Is Efficient Proffessional Very Helpful

I've been waiting to hear back from the rental facility. I'm supposed to have a reservation for tomorrow. I have no idea if anyone will be there. I drove 30 minutes one way yesterday. Nobody is there. I was going to rent the unit yesterday and move in tomorrow. I've called several times, left messages, no reply.

Person talking sounds like AI.
Person talking does not listen to caller’s specific request. I called to make reservation for a specific store and location. Caller ignored my specific request and started reading a script stating he would search stories in the area. I didn’t want “stores in the area”. I wanted the specific store I requested.

Upon entering the facility I was greeted by a machine. Tried communicating with person and was told someone would come to the machine to assist me. Waited for over 20 minutes and nobody came on the machine to help, so I called the corporate phone # and a person by the name of Mario. He was great and helped me with a local person that came to the sight in 10 minutes to help me. Her name was Dory and she explained everything I needed to know. Due to her easy explanation I signed a rental.

Rented this unit with y'all through 10 Federal 2 days ago still have not gotten my gate code or any information about my unit at all other than the unit number.

Just an all around excellent experience. Explained what we needed, and they went above and beyond, getting us all set with what needed.

It was a good experience just a little confusing at times during the conversation. It ended up being fine.

Extremely patient and very helpful and went to all extremes to make sure that I had safely and successfully completed my contract and everything was on time ,

I drove all the way there for a truck to be parked outside in front and me knocking on the door in the inside for 5 mins with my infant. And called the number spoke with a representative and they gave me a disconnect number
