I recently purchased a Hoover heater element for my poorly tumble drier. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and the heater was fitted by myself very simply. A very good price when compared to other sources. She who shall be obeyed is very happy now out tumble drier is working perfectly and that makes my life a lot happier. Will use you again if anything else needs a replacement spare part. Thank you again. Keep up the good work.

My tumbler dryer recently broke down and didn't really want to have to buy a new one. I looked online for a replacement part (Heating element) and found one on Spares4appliances. The part was delivered quickly and due to my error was the incorrect part. I returned the incorrect part and order the new one. My purchase was refunded quickly and without hassle and I have now fitted the correct part. Spares4appliances is an excellent site and I would recommend it to anyone.

Bought a glass shlef for my fridge, that arrived broken because the postal services didn't take care of it. After contacting the company, they kindly sent a new shelf without I having to pay for anything. It arrived safely and is of very good quality. The person that answered my mails was very kind, and answered instantly to my mails. I really apreciated this transaction.

Had to get a bottom element for my Rangemaster oven. Saw this company had the best price so bought one. Fast delivery although I went for second class and the element was very well wrapped.

I needed a part for a 10 year old tumble dryer. No problem! Onto the very clear website, find the model number, find the part, check it fits my machine, order it at a very good price. Two days later it arrived, well packed and complete.
There is a next day delivery option if you are really stuck too. I chose standard free delivery.

I ordered a replacement drawer for my washing machine soap dispenser and I was amazed at the speed in which it arrived. It was very well parcelled to protect it from damage in transit. I had researched it on line before ordering and it was by far the cheapest price. I had a problem taking off the front part of my old drawer to fit it to the new one and emailed for advice, however, after sending the email, my son in law arrived and was able to complete the task. Spares 4appliances responded very promptly to my email so I rate their customer services very highly. I would certainly use them again.

ordered a hoover dishwasher part from the manufacturers after a week contacted them to ask where the part was ,sorry its coming from Italy and it will be another week,cancelled it right away.Looked on the internet found s 4 a ,found the part with fantastic close up of the part ,ordered it ~(cheaper than hoover)and original part too,came well packed two days later ,quality service second to none.j clement

1) I ordered the part that we needed and my credit card was immediately debited.
2) As I'd heard nothing more from Spares4Appliances I contacted them six days later and received a reply two days after that.
3) In the reply the customer service person claimed that the part had been despatched on the day of ordering it and that I should speak to Royal Mail about why it had not been delivered.
4) My wife took time out from work to drive to our local Royal Mail depot where she was told that there was no record of the parcel.
5) I contacted Spares4Appliances with this information.
6) Spares4Appliances replied saying that the item had to be ordered from a supplier. I asked why I had been told that it had been posted to me.
7) Received a response that they would need to reorder the item from their suppliers as they had been let down. If I wanted them to reorder it I could but it would be a few more weeks before it could be delivered. There was no explanation as to why I was originally told that the item had been posted.
8) I cancelled the order (and had the money credited back to my credit card) because Spares4Appliances wasted our time on a pointless trip to our local Royal Mail depot and then changed their story as to what had happened to my order. I do not have faith in their customer service.
Very disappointing and one of the worst online buying experiences I have had.

Two new bottle shelves for my Neff refrigerator arrived 48 hours after ordering with brilliant communications as to who and when the delivery would take place. The price was the most competitive I could find on the internet and the parts were genuine. Certainly a company I would recommend based on this experience.

I ordered a replacement coffee jug for my Morphy Richards coffee maker. Received this within 4 days of placing order using the Second Class Standard delivery. Over £10 cheaper (including p&p) than the official Morphy Richards site. Will be using this company again. Thank you for your excellent service
